Very organised and clean. The Rede Expressos busses have separate station. My trip was to Evora. I could find the station by asking a guide. Inside the station there is a snack bar,jogos, and a temporary second hand bookshop, and also there is a coffee shop too. The bus moved on time only 4 minutes delay. The driver was polite and drive carefully. The bus was clean only some dirty spots on the front window of the bus. The seats were comfortable and relatively new. The air conditioner and weather inside the bus was perfect. I arrived to Evora just on time. I'm totally satisfied with my trip with this company and I recommend that.

Decent train station, seems like an important one with good connections, busy during office hours, not many shops or eateries though. Helpful friendly staff.

Another metro station

A bis station in Lisbon. There is also metro,train and international bus station. There is w a botanical garden. This place is vero beautiful. It is also connecting route of city and outside

I have already taken several combos here, this is if you are lucky, one day you could run into homeless people asking for money and being insistent, another day nothing happens!, it has a toilet, food, it is complete, the cleanliness could be improved and the security you don't see police around nowhere!

This is a pretty grim station to arrive at - signage is poor, and it’s in a pretty shabby state. The attached metro station has to be one of the grimmest in Lisbon. We changed off an intercity here as it was a direct metro connection, but I wish we’d continued to the much nicer Oriente. Certainly not a place to hang around, and to be avoided if one of the other main line stations is an option.

It's a great station that connects people with all cities in the country and outside, little bit old and it needs to be renewed and give it a fresh look.

Very beautiful place, there is the Bus Station, Trains, to the whole country, the Zoo, Liddl inside the Station and the Metro, as well as several stores selling clothes, shoes, mobile phones

Small and convenient station with easy access to the supermarket Lidl, offering good prices and a diverse assortment.

Another dreadful bus station.

Large, well-organized bus station with around 20 tracks. On several monitors, approx. 15min before department, the track nbr is indicated. Look for the bus nbr according to the ticket, since several busses leave at the same time. There is a small restaurant, where you can buy sandwiches, beverages and more.

Extremely rude staff who ruined beginning of my trip in Lisbon. I went to a staff there to ask if I could go to Sintra by train using my viagem card. (FYI, you dont have to go to ticket booth if you have charged viagem card🙂) He mumbled something behind the separation on the ticket booth so I asked him again; then he sighed very loudly and said something in Portugese with unbelievably annoyed face. If you have someone you hate, send him/her to the ticket booth here and make them ask a question! They will have unforgettable experience! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

thank you for reminding your employees that they shall not yell at tourists who politely ask for information. we had a stressful and very unpleasant experience. this service is deplorable

Mid sized train and bus station. Not sparkling clean. Smaller but more easy to navigate than Oriente. Not much I could see of interest in the surrounding neighborhood.

Very central Station. You have connection by Bus to the airport as well by metro. Also there is the Start point of the long distance Busses of EVA and rede expressos. At least this is a station of CP and Fertagus.

It's under construction. It's a mess and when it rains the streets are flooded. It's full of rubbish on the ground, garbage bags, on the sidewalk next to the works. Horrible. I hope it gets better after the works.

Bus station for rede expressos but the train station is nearby too

This is a big and crowded train station and even you can transit trains and buses for another cities and very beautiful place also there is a Grocery market under this station and also you can get a underground metro train there. But due to very crowded place ,there are some noise but otherwise is very good place . I travelled sometimes from there and get to another place through this station is very easy.

The only thing I found negative was the charge of €1 in the toilets, even for users traveling, when on the railway next door it is 0.50c. I find it expectulative.

This station is big but it needs to be cleaned more. It is very dirty with bird poops everywhere.

It's a big station, but it's poorly maintained. Needs maintenance and repairs. There is a need for adapted access to trains for wheelchair users.

A busy railway station. Make sure you come prepared on how to book the tickets and which platform the trains come to.

One of the worst railway stations I've been to. Dark, dingy, confusing and it also didn't help the train was very late albeit that isn't the station's fault. If you can help it try and get a train out of the other stations for a bit of a nicer experience.
