It seemed like Dr. Franzreb did not care and was patronising me throughout the consultation. I did not feel taken seriously. He quickly suggested Covid as the cause for my back pain, but then also said multiple times he was not sure. I would have appreciated a bit more of an effort in coming up with diagnosis and treatment. I had seen a other specialists before and, after reading Dr. Franzreb's reviews, had big hopes he would be able to help. However, the practice staff was friendly and I got the appointment very quickly.

My back was hurting a lot out of a sudden and the Dr. had time for the same day. I was prescribed physio and a good overall check-in for the issues I had. A big plus he speaks german (if you are a german yourself)

Absolute scam!! You need to provide a positive review to receive your medical report or you have to pay extra. They even threaten to publicly call you out on their website by name if you change your review. Most unprofessional doctor, this should and likely is illegal!

Excellent doctor. Super friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable in receiving high quality medical assistance while I am a foreigner in Lisbon! Really appreciated the last minute appointment request they managed to accommodate for me.

When our child had a high fever, we got an appointment with Dr. on the same day after contacting us by phone. Franzreb. The doctor examined our child thoroughly, gave us a prescription for an antibiotic and called the neighboring pharmacy to make sure the medication was in stock there. We felt very well looked after and our child was finally healthy again after a few days. Thank you very much.

A patient of Dr. Marco's for a while now. I've only interacted with him in English, but he's fluent and being able to communicate is very important to me. He's very knowledgeable and caring. His team is also great and speaks very good English on the phone and at reception. From my experience appointments are handled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

As a vacationer in Lisbon, the doctor helped me quickly, even though he is not in the practice on Fridays. I was able to describe my problem by email and immediately received a prescription by email, which I could simply show to the pharmacy and redeem. All within half an hour. I have been to Dr.Franzreb twice so far and had very good experiences with both the appointments and the on-site treatment/service. I was able to get an appointment with the doctor promptly and he took the time to address my problems. The transfers/recipe issuing also worked quickly and flawlessly. Especially for tourists/digital nomads, it is good to have a practice where good English is spoken, which experience has shown is not always very easy in Portugal. Gladly again

I've found DR Frazreb was very helpful for two different reasons that I came to see him for. He offers both a non-western (more more holistic/eastern) approach to helping you, which is what drew me to him. I also found he knows about western based therapies, if it might be helpful to you. He's a character and direct speaker, listen to his words carefully. Recommended.
