Small and cozy hotel in one of the best areas in Lisbon. Every room is unique and stylish, (love the birds from the garden outside). Wonderful breakfast (great bread and freshly squeezed juice). Great service and excellent recommendations from the nice owners. We will definitely be back!

This is my favourite hotel in Lisbon. Location is walking distance to best places to visit and yet in a very quiet street. Rooms and all different with amazing design, bedding very comfortable and healthy breakfast with high quality ingredients. I have been there 4 times so far, staff and owners are so welcoming that I feel each time like going back home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a homey feel place with a genuine good service without been over the top.

One of our favorite hotels ever. We want to send everyone we know...but also have it available for our next stay :-) The staff is absolutely wonderful - accommodating, friendly, lovely. And we LOVED our room. The bed was so comfortable and very quiet (I am usually concerned with noise and this place gets 5 stars for quiet and relaxing). The breakfast was incredible - with so many vegan and gluten free options. The rooftop garden and honor bar was also very special. And the neighborhood! It's quiet, beautiful, and full of lovely places to eat and visit. Far enough away from the tourist crowd, but close enough to walk. Thank you, toctoctoc!

We have stayed at this wonderful property for only a night in April. We wish we had more time! From arrival to departure our stay was just incredible! The space and the warmth of the people at this boutique hotel is above and beyond. Communication with the team before our arrival was flawless, we have recieved helpful information and tips about the hotel & the neighborhood. On our arrival we were welcomed by wonderful Julia who offered us tea and showed us around the property. Our room was located on the second floor with access to the garden with a sitting area and the honesty bar, we have spent the sunny afternoon enjoying a book and sounds of the birds in the garden. The room was tastefully decorated with the best bed ever! Neighborhood where the hotel is located is very beautiful and nice to walk around. Thank you for having us Toc Toc Toc!

This is THE place to stay when in Lisbon. The hosts have great local tips and are incredibly welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very comfortable. It has been cleverly designed and has a gorgeous secret garden/roof terrace. The breakfast is delicious. The neighbourhood is very cool and there are great places to eat nearby. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Two small points for improvement: 1) there was a slight smell in the room - this could be very easily fixed with an electric oil burner ahead of guests arriving; 2) given the overall calibre of the hotel, they would benefit from upping their coffee game - better machine, perhaps. Neither of these points are reasons not to visit. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

A charming, comfortable, (extremely) clean boutique hotel with very engaging and helpful staff. We stayed for 10 days and toctoctoc was a perfect home base for our day trips in Lisbon, and outside. The tranquil garden in the back with its “honesty bar” was a great place to unwind after our ambitious treks. We opted for breakfast which was excellent and generous. The neighbourhood is quiet, but the busy Bairro Alto is only a 15 minute walk away. At the top of the hill is the beautiful Jardim da Estrela. Simply lovely place to stay!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, which truly impressed us. The rooms were amazing, the location was perfect, and the garden was absolutely lovely. The staff provided the best service we've ever experienced. This hidden gem has left a lasting impression, and we can't wait to return when we're in Lisbon again. ❤️

This is such a unique boutique B&B with the most charming owners and staff. Someone is always there to help, without seeming like they are intrusive. Each room is whimsical in its own way, we stayed in Amalfa, on floor 3. Beautifully appointed and super clean. The breakfast each morning is fresh, and we'll thought out. They have an outdoor garden perfect for a bottle of wine with your partner. Perfect, safe little neighborhood, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a spa within a few minutes walk.

We were in Lisboa for both business as leisure. We are always keen on alternative (not common/mainstream hotels) places to stay. What a beautiful place this was! The love and attention that was put in every tiny detail, you will feel at home immediately. The place just the embraces you like a warm, safe blanket. The staff is incredibly friendly and personal and are more than 100% ready to help you with anything.

Stayed four nights in this gem charming homey boutique hotel for four nights. Special thanks to Camille and Armelle for accommodating my multiple requests and inquiries. Camille even lend me a viva viagem card for use in the public transport. Location is very good, it seems a residential/business area so it is quiet at night. Near a local grocery store if you need anything. The place has a very homey touch and the service is personalized. Each room is of different style so you can pick according to your taste, gauranteed all rooms will be clean and restful. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I am in Lisbon. Highly, highly recommended. Tip: There is parking and it is very safe and spacious. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is more than enough to fill you up for your days start.

One of the most special places I've ever stayed. Everything at toc, toc, toc is considered and executed with care. From the incredible beds, to the design of the rooms and the lovely breakfast. The owners were so attentive and the staff knowledgable. It felt like a personalized experience (even though the whole place was sold out!). A real treasure. We will absolutely return, and soon we hope!

It's a small, cozy and tasteful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. The staff is super friendly, available 24/7 and is happy to give useful tips to make your stay unforgettable! Our room has been amazing, the bed has been very comfy (you don't have that at most hotels). The breakfast is definitely worth paying a little more. You'll get selected high-quality products, fresh fruit and delicious coffee & tea. Overall, you can feel the owner's love and passion for toctoctoc. It was our first stay in Lisbon, but definitely not the last! Looking forward to coming back at some point in the future!

Everything was just perfect. Ideal location: few mins walk tram 28 and Plaça das Flores where there are plenty of cute small restaurants. Beautiful house, decoration in each and every single room is just like in decoration magazines Staff is really caring and always trying to help Delicious breakfast. Should there be one thing to say (but that’s being really picky) expresso coffee wasn’t the best I had. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

A gem in a sea of accommodation options. ~Lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Makes Lisbon accessible by foot, public transportation, and if necessary, Uber. ~Room was beautiful. The bed was large and comfortable with fresh, clean bedding. What a treat to come back to a cleaned room with fresh towels. ~Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful. We had guidance on out of town adventures, nearby restaurants, transportation options to name a few. ~Hands down the best breakfast you will find with accommodations. Don’t miss it. I can’t recommend this Boutique Hotel highly enough. We happened upon it online and grabbed the last room available for our dates. Don’t let it slip away.

Wow, what a fabulous few days’ stay at toc toc toc. From the very first contact we had from our initial booking, nothing could be too much trouble. The owners and all the staff are all super helpful and friendly. We were lucky enough to stay in 2 different rooms - Lapa and Estrella, and both were spotlessly clean, super stylish and luxurious in their own way. The beds were probably the comfiest we’ve ever slept in with very high quality bed linen. The toiletries in the bathroom smelt divine. The shower was powerful and the towels soft and fluffy. The breakfast was just perfect - delicious coffee, freshly squeezed juice, fruit, yoghurt, a array of cereals and delicious cheeses, ham and fresh bread. And not forgetting the cute little garden, perfect for chilling out in whilst enjoying a pre-dinner drink after a busy day! We highly recommend toc toc toc for a stay in Lisbon which is within walking distance to so many fantastic restaurants, bars and perfect for seeing all the sites. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you!

Loved this place and my stay there! Really great location - central but not too busy, easy to get out to the beaches and surrounded by lovely cafes. The hotel itself is super comfortable, quirky and relaxed. Great staff, great facilities and there is even parking, which is useful if you rent a car to do some day trips!

This small boutique hotel is absolutely wonderful. Each room is different, with attention to detail, design and comfort. Lovely beds and bedding along with very nice bathrooms and showers. The staff was extraordinarily knowledgeable, helpful and as nice as nice could be. The hotel is located in an area that is not very touristy, but with wonderful shops, galleries and neighborhood restaurants nearby.

Very nice boutique hotel at central location. Recently fully renovated- all rooms are different with an eye for detail. Very nice and quiet garden, perfect place to start the day with a breakfast or to unwind after a day exploring the city / a day in customer meetings. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Best place to stay in Lisbon. It's not just about a hotel, it's about all the experience. The staff is super friendly, helpful and fabulous. The Internet works so good. The neighbourhood is the best neighbourhood in Lisbon, just 5 minutes walk away from the best bars and restaurants.

Great location within walking distance of all landmarks and shops. Very attentive whenever you reach out with a question and the rooms are kept VERY clean. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an accommodation that is locally owned and makes you feel like you’re at home.
