Absolutely
the
best
dining
experience
I've
ever
had.
The
flavor
combinations,
colors,
textures,
and
the
creativity
of
the
dishes
made
me
think
this
had
to
be
a
two-star
Michelin
restaurant
(it
has
one)!
Chef
Pedro
Pena
Bastos
is
amazing
and
humble.
It
was
such
a
pleasure
to
watch
as
he
and
his
team
prepare
their
creations.
I
thought
the
food
presentation
might
be
better
than
the
food,
but
it
was
second
to
the
amazing,
complex,
and
surprising
combinations
that
worked
perfectly.
Chef
even
presented
one
of
the
dishes
to
our
table
himself.
What
does
he
do
to
the
bread
to
make
it
so
heavenly?
In
addition,
I
don't
drink
alcohol,
so
went
for
the
non-alcoholic
pairings
and
they
were
as
creative
as
the
food.
Service
was
outstanding.
It
was
like
a
well
choreographed
dance.
For
my
son
and
I,
it
was
a
once
in
a
lifetime
experience
(but
hope
we
go
back).
In
the
Four
Seasons
Lisbon.
We
also
tried
the
Michelin
star
Japanese
restaurant
(Kabuki)
attached
to
the
hotel
and
it
didn't
even
remotely
compare
(food,
service,
ambiance
was
mediocre
at
best).
