An amazing meal in a lovely restaurant. The staff member we dealt with was so friendly and genuine. The food....delicious! Fresh, beautifully cooked and the portion size was just right. I'll definately be back.

Lovely place , comfortable and friendly atmosphere, fantastic staff so helpful and polite , cocktails were amazing and very reasonably priced, Food was delicious and also well priced , not a fault of a kind could I find with this spot , il definitely be back and can't wait to enjoy the beer garden 😀

The food was good and the place is overall very nice but the staff have zero communication skills. So unprofessional, our starters came before our drinks and when we asked a waiter about it they said they saw it coming but we were still waiting another 10mins. Overall 30 mins waiting on drinks. Brought the wrong main to the table and had multiple staff members come over at once asking what we ordered. Mistakes happen but this issue could have been sorted by one member off staff not 4.

Hi, My name is shauneen lenzi, I'm just home from the worst night I have ever had at the devnish. Was subject to sectarianism, and the worst bar service ever. Have been going to this bar for 25 years (am 43) it has historically had slow service but was worth it cause the craic was always good.....I could not say that now. How this establishment has not hired enough staff to furnish the amount of customers it gets has always been beyond me.  I waited over 30minutes saw 2 rounds of people served b4 me as I eventually gave up and left taking my friend with me. It was an absolute disgrace. I wont be back. Maybe one day you will work out your staff ratio, just a pity u havnt b4 now. Sent from my Galaxy

Been to the Devenish restaurant many times (2/3 times a month) but have to say the last few times have been ridiculous for waiting on food. It got to the point today we paid for our starters and left! Arrived and sat at our table at 5.30, and had a starter, coming on 7pm and still waiting on our mains but no sign and the restaurant was near empty. A couple sat at table nxt to us were waiting as long and looking fed up also! Called waitress who apologised and spoke to the manager who did absolutely nothing but apologise also so we left! The kitchen seems to be a massive problem, watched the young pizza guy pace up and down as if he had nothing to do (pizza was one of our mains!) Watched the manager give off about cold food and threw it in the bin! Clearly something needs to be done before you lose more customers, we won’t be bk!!

Great place for a party, food and alcohol usually available with a wide selection of drinks. Events also available to book. Places available indoors in the bar, in the ballroom for events, or outdoor seating to relax or smoke. Pricing is decent. Recommended for events booking

Sat outside cos the weather was fantastic. Very pleasant place to sit with plenty of tables and chairs. Not sure that I would have been keen on sitting inside as it's quite dark. Not sure if that's just for the ambience but not my preferred setting. Not sure how often the glasses would have been cleared from the table as I took in empties each time I visited the bar! Staff were nice.

We went on Father's day, so it was understandably busy. However we had to wait an hour for our main course and 45 minutes for a dessert. For only a group of four people, we all thought it was incredibly slow. I think they forgot about our dessert as I ordered ice cream and it was slightly melted. Furthermore, we got the offer for two courses, however we almost got over charged if we hadn't have noticed the error. The live music was very good but it was a shame that our food took so long

Brought my mother (87) for lunch. Had a great time, she really enjoyed the pensioner special, soup and roast dinner for £10. Highly recommended

First time eating here and was not disappointed. There is a carpark at the complex. We went on a Thursday evening and it was quite busy, even with this the food arrived quickly. The server was friendly and came back to our a couple of times during our meal to check if everything was ok or we needed anything. The food was lovely, their peppered sauce was very tasty and both our mains were a good sized portion. They have an outdoor area with picnic tables and many people were taking advantage of the good evening to enjoy a drink or meal outside.

Had off Sunday menu. Food was really good. Good portion size too. Girls serving so attentive . Would recommend . Sunday roast fab and chicken burgers.

We had a lovely experience here for my partner's 30th birthday dinner on NYE. Everyone enjoyed their food which was really reasonably priced and the service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly

Good pub grub. Nice pints. Good bar for watching sport. Can be a nightmare getting taxi home at end of the night. But Good day/night out

We went for Christmas lunch. Food was good but Christmas menu was advertised but not actually provided. Service was a little slow for drinks. Also, football was on - which is of course fine - but the volume of it was so loud even in the restaurant section. Just a bit unnecessary and made us leave earlier than we would have perhaps stayed.

Attended several events here over the years and service has always been good, place was looking fantastic with a nice outdoor seating area, will definitely be back.

Visited on a Saturday night. Really busy, young crowd *think 20s; plenty of bar staff, good band and security quick to respond to any nonsense. During the week, good bar menu with reasonably priced drinks with friendly professional staff. Recommend.

Great food, helpful, friendly staff. Live music and disco in bar, can get v noisy. Plenty of outside seating. Food tasty and good variety too.

Caught the last of the evening sun outside the Devenish. Very relaxing. Place was busy. And people were starting to arrive for the Friday night splurge. Service was a bit slow. Cocktails take too much time for a bar person to handle the ordinary drinks customers at 6 on a Friday.
