Dark narrow winding corridors, sofas and stools along the walls, many doors. You expect something different from a "medical center". There is no place to leave outerwear. Only an open common hanger in the next passage corridor. The dental office is dirty. There is dust and debris on the surfaces. Service 🤦‍♀️ The administrator minds his own business. He doesn’t greet you, doesn’t care why you came and doesn’t notice you at all 😑 until you contact him. The dentist was friendly and provided friendly service. There is no parking. P.S. After the review was published, the administrator called. I sincerely apologized for not paying enough attention to me. She said that there was a wardrobe and parking too. She assured that the dust in the office and the administrator’s detachment were an exception. That I found myself in such a moment. All this is friendly and sincere. I contacted the Aesthetic Center twice: once for a child’s ear piercing, and the second time for consultation with a dermatologist and cosmetologist. After communicating with all the employees of the center, I was left with only pleasant impressions! The administrator is polite and correct, the specialists carefully looked into the issue and provided competent advice. Special thanks to the cosmetologist (unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the specialist), thanks to whose recommendations it was possible to eliminate the cosmetic defect quickly, without special costs or unjustified interference. To Doctor Pompius E.S. came with severe pain. A couple of months before this, there was an unsuccessful cleaning and filling of canals in the city dentistry. For a while everything was fine, but then I caught a cold and after a couple of days the tooth just started to ache. I could no longer chew on that side. Elina Sergeevna took an x-ray, opened it, cleaned the tooth, put some medicine, put a temporary filling, and a few days later - a permanent one. Since then the tooth has not hurt. An excellent dentist and a very friendly person!

Everything is very good. We have been treating teeth for more than 10 years, we like everything. Nice, kind, friendly staff. They do it efficiently and reliably, they will always suggest treatment options from inexpensive to the most expensive.

I encountered rude, tactless communication from the staff, and specifically from the woman at the reception (unfortunately, she doesn’t have the habit of introducing herself, so I don’t know her name). I agreed to pick up a copy of my medical card, having previously communicated by phone with the person at the reception TWICE (they also don’t introduce themselves over the phone), they promised a specific time at which I should appear at Aesthetics. The next day I called back, as if reminding me of my request, and once again left my number and they promised to call me back as soon as the doctor showed up. Since, in the end, no one called back at the agreed time, I went in at the agreed time myself, to which the same woman from the reception, in a raised tone, in a nervous manner, said that I would have to walk for an unknown indefinite amount of time, there was still no card and it is unknown when it will be. There is a lack of coordination in the actions of the staff, my request was not fulfilled, appealing to the fact that, to quote the woman from the reception: “Personally, no one called me or gave me anything,” thus generally exposing my colleagues, showing the general lack of structure in the work of the staff also in a daring form of elevated tone. No one considered it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience caused to me; on my part, there was a clear time frame within which I had to meet and get to the center, already having my medical card in hand. As a result, the doctor himself has already announced another date for which I should come, a waiting date of several days. After this incident, I completely lost the desire to visit this center. 1. The rudeness of the service staff is maximum. 2. Inconsistency in work, time, promises to call back - NOTHING WAS FULFILLED. 3. They didn’t apologize for the discomfort.

Disgusting service and treatment. The child had a dental x-ray done 4 times - they exceeded the x-ray load, causing harm to the child's health - trainee Seryozha could not take an x-ray - doctor Alexander Alexandrovich allowed a person without the proper skills to perform x-rays to undergo medical manipulation. After the first picture, Alexander Alexandrovich says to Seryozha: “I told you to take the picture straight, but you took it at an angle. Go redo it.” Nobody apologized to us. Patalakha Elena Valerievna was unable to find out what medicine she put under the seal, obviously because she did not include in the child’s medical card what medicine was put under the seal, the date of the next visit was not set - the period of time the medicine was under the seal was not tracked - the child spent 2 weeks on the medicine instead of 3 months, this caused damage to the tooth, now the nerve needs to be removed, and it is unknown whether this will help. And since they don’t remember what medicine they put on, Alexander Alexandrovich suggested... putting the medicine on for another 2 weeks! After 3 extra months! Or, since the tooth has already died from the medicine, remove the nerve and install a pin. A child at the age of 15, due to the negligence of doctors, came to the need for dentures! I will definitely prepare a lawsuit in court and an application for an unscheduled license inspection from the Ministry of Health and a statement to the police about the improper performance of duties by a person on the medical staff. We need to protect Severodonetsk residents from such dentists. I do not recommend visiting - do not expose yourself and your children to danger from the negligence of these “dentists”. A very mediocre establishment - and 3 points in the final standings from visitors on Google is a fair assessment for them Regarding your answer, I want to say: first read what clients write in reviews about you that are similar in age to ours, and then claim that you can make an appointment on time: “Unfortunately, we did not live up to expectations. The appointment time has not passed. .. Waiting two months wasn’t worth it.” Those who do not learn from their previous mistakes in organizing client records are taught by the market. Others call themselves and offer a convenient time. And the fact that you cannot ensure continuity of treatment with one doctor (a completely justified desire of the client), which you yourself admitted when you said that you offered another doctor (an offer that we, by the way, were forced to accept, which we later regretted), does not make honor to you. I don’t need public confessions from you, you still won’t tell the truth in order to “save face,” but if my criticism makes you reconsider your attitude towards recording clients and performing x-rays, all this will not be in vain. But you know how to give weight to minor clarifications. But because he is a nurse and not a trainee, the radiation exposure did not decrease.
