But in the last year (maybe 8-9 months), everything has become bad. Often you can't get through the phone the first time. You can wait for an order for more than an hour (when they promise up to an hour), many times it was 1.40 - 1.50 hours. The rolls often became horribly curled (not always, but very often). In some rolls, repeatedly the fish had a terrible taste. Possibly due to its staleness or improper storage conditions. The burgers were stale. Over several years of cooperation, there were many different nuances. It’s impossible to list everything, but everything was tolerated. Today was the last straw. We ordered 2 pizzas and they did it very quickly. But after opening the box we saw that one pizza had “floated away”. They called and said that it was okay. They said they would redo it. As a result, after waiting for almost an hour, I called the operator, the girl Valentina (this operator has been working for a long time and always has only positive emotions), said that the courier had already left. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, without waiting for the courier, I called back. They promised to clarify where he is.
