Previously,
we
often
went
to
the
North
to
order
food
in
Ikure.
Therefore,
we

happy
when
they
appeared

Lisichansk.
For
a

time
it
was
the
number
1
establishment
in
the
city,
where
we
placed
orders
2-4
times
a
week.
Everything
was
delicious
and
done
quickly.
But
in
the
last
year
(maybe
8-9
months),
everything
has
become
bad.
Often
you
can't
get
through
the
phone
the
first
time.
You
can
wait
for
an
order
for
more
than
an
hour
(when
they
promise
up
to
an
hour),
many
times
it
was
1.40
-
1.50
hours.
The
rolls
often
became
horribly
curled
(not
always,
but
very
often).
In
some
rolls,
repeatedly
the
fish
had
a
terrible
taste.
Possibly
due
to
its
staleness
or
improper
storage
conditions.
The
burgers
were
stale.
Over
several
years
of
cooperation,
there
were
many
different
nuances.
It’s
impossible
to
list
everything,
but
everything
was
tolerated.
Today
was
the
last
straw.
We
ordered
2
pizzas
and
they
did
it
very
quickly.
But
after
opening
the
box
we
saw
that
one
pizza
had
“floated
away”.
They
called
and
said
that
it
was
okay.
They
said
they
would
redo
it.
As
a
result,
after
waiting
for
almost
an
hour,
I
called
the
operator,
the
girl
Valentina
(this
operator
has
been
working
for
a
long
time
and
always
has
only
positive
emotions),
said
that
the
courier
had
already
left.
After
waiting
another
15-20
minutes,
without
waiting
for
the
courier,
I
called
back.
They
promised
to
clarify
where
he
is.
In
general,
I
arrived
in
a
few
more
minutes
(although
I
live
600
meters
from
the
establishment).
And
what
happened?
The
pizza
is
cold!
Those.
the
pizza,
which
had
been
screwed
up
and
altered,
was
delivered
cold
and
after
1
hour
and
20
minutes!
To
summarize,
I
would
like
to
say
that
ordering
in
Ikura
has
been
like
roulette
lately.
You
may
be
lucky
and
have
a
tasty
meal,
or
maybe
not.
Personally,
I
won’t
play
this
game
anymore,
it’s
easier
to
order
in
the
North
and
pick
it
up
yourself.
P.s.
Regarding
customer
focus
-
I
would
like
to
see
some
kind
of
loyalty
system,
maybe
cumulative
bonuses,
maybe
gift
buns.
In
the
meantime,
there
has
only
been
an
increase
in
the
price
of
rolls,
the
creation
of
“Premium”,
but
the
rolls
themselves
do
not
justify
the
name.
By
the
way,
in
the
first
year
of
its
existence
in
Lisichansk,
cups
were
given
there
for
the
New
Year...
the
next
year
this
was
no
longer
the
case.
