Dined here for lunch today with my wife and daughter, ordered 6 chicken wings and they were not cooked properly. Raw chicken!!!??? Come on guys get your act together!!. you’re very lucky that food was for me because if my daughter had of eaten raw chicken then I would have taken this matter further! We Will not be returning to this venue and I hope that serving Raw chicken is not something you continue to do as your venue is a ticking time bomb if you do.

I’m here for Wing Wednesday. I enjoy eating wings and trying new spots for wings. Love that they provide this promo because I mean who doesn’t love a good deal? Wings are delicious and are consistent in size. My go-to flavour is the Chipotle Salsa which provides just the right amount of heat for me personally. My husband enjoys the Paprika flavour and you can never go wrong with BBQ, especially for the kids. Along with the wings we get a bunch of their Blue Cheese dipping sauce which we are crazy for. Wish they came in larger containers though. Their sweet potato fries are also a definite staple! Haven’t tried anything else from this restaurant just yet, but based on some of the reviews I am a little scared to! I see that they have the Valentina hot sauce in store, not sure if they sell by the bottle, but that is one of my favourite hot sauces so hopefully they do!

Honestly, place is on a slow decline. Never staffed properly. Makes for long wait and even service times. Then when you do get served it’s by a teenager who can’t seem to form any words. It’s a shame great location and food is decent(sometimes) and prices aren’t too bad! But I don’t see this place lasting with the quality of service, long wait times, and no consistency in the quality of the food! Owners take note. Find some decent staff and put more on.

I’m not one to give reviews but when you come across a burrito that has epic flavor, speedy service and great pricing it’s hard not to, not many places these days have true bargain deals more just trick pricing. But this joint knows how to do a deal, but a meal get one free!!! When you’re feeling the wings but can’t go past a good burrito, “why not have both!” I’ll be back 🤌🏼❤️

Great quick meal between Gold Coast and Brisbane. At a mall but the atmosphere is much better then typical mall dining due to being separated and outside. Bailey and the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Not from the area but if I was I’d come back regularly as the prices are very reasonable.

It’s been a roller coaster journey with Burrito Bar Coomera but I’m thrilled to leave such a positive review after a history of poor experiences. My partner and I stopped visiting the venue after a particularly “stand out bad” experience. After receiving a $5 voucher and many months in-between the experience, we figured we’d give Burrito Bar another try. Good decision. Under new management, tonight was brilliant. Food was exceptional, great proportions, happy hour deals, BEAUTIFUL service by Bailey - a great experience and we will be back. Thanks heaps for looking after us tonight, Bailey. You’re great!

Very worst service. We order two classic burritos in which rice was uncooked. And we have ordered maxican fries and can see the photos. This is what I received. They said this is maxican fries . Very very disappointed:(

Sometimes the food here can be quite good and sometimes not! We've had some good meals here but also had tacos that had almost no filling inside and chicken wings that were still raw in the middle!

My partner and I came here on 13/10/23 at approx 7.30pm. We were greeted my a male staff member who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made sure we had menus. We sat down, decided what we wanted to order and then ordered at about 7.45pm. The same male staff member was lovely when he took our order, and had a delivery driver come up at the same time as he was putting the cash from our order through the register. He communicated well by letting me know that he would bring our drinks to us and just had to serve the delivery driver first, and brought us our drinks straight away, and then our chips and guac within 5 minutes. 10 minutes later a female staff member came out to give us our burritos who was very friendly as well, and then another 5-10 minutes later the male staff member who originally served us came out to check that our meals were ok. Best service ever (and food was incredible too)! We’ll definitely be back.

My partner and I came in for dinner tonight and it was amazing! Bailey was the girl that served us and her customer service was amazing. 10/10 for the food and experience. Will definitely be recommending this place to other and definitely coming back next date night <3
