Very run down, old and musty. You only get one roll (or half) of toilet paper for your entire stay, so best to pack some.

U get what u paid for… very outdated .. stayed for a couple of nights .. for a wedding .. everything inside the apartment needs updating the drawers of the cupboards ..so stained ..looks very dirty .. utensils coffee cups ( so cheap to replaced ) all stained and grazed) and the toilet the sewerage smell so aweful .. we have to open the windows .. no toilet paper reserved .. put only like almost nearly finished toilet paper.. for 2 nights.. 🙈 Apartment is big .. but just so depressing to stay ..

Comfortable beach stay This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location near the beach. It's 15 minute walk to the restaurants at Coolangatta and a 30 minute walk to Tweed Heads. Our one bedroom apartment had a super comfortable bed, compact bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (with small washing machine & dryer) and 2 lounge areas (one with with a flat screen TV). There was also a well maintained BBQ and pool area in the apartment complex and a secure underground car park. This is a good budget friendly option for a Gold Coast beach stay!

Have now stayed at Bila Vista twice for two weeks at a time. Both times we have stayed in the same apartment. It had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Everything is always kept tidy and the pool area is the cleanest of all places we have stayed. Ashley is always friendly and helpful and the other residents were always nice to us. If you want somewhere were you can sleep and cook and don't need a waterview this is the perfect place for you. It is also good receiving a discount for return stays. It was always pretty quiet in the complex. Would definitely stay here again when on the coast.

Really laid back relaxing and friendly environment out of the hustle of the gold coast. Easily accessibly to the theme parks and the beach and nice cafes are close by. Clean and tidy, with all amenities you would ever need for a family. Warm pool was a bonus for us older folks!

Reconsider if you are booking for business...internet service is a nightmare.there are limits on your data quota if you can actually log on..dont count on it..very low daily quotas..if you have deadlines to meet and you need to work online after hours forget it. ...make sure you bring your own supply of toiletries (shampoo conditioner and soap) and basics like tea coffee and milk.. .no top ups without having to pay..that's the same for washing detergent, kitchen and laundry..you will be fine if you are only staying for a day or two..restaurants and shopping for food to cook are far away..nothing convenient in relation to location..no lifts..bear that in mind if you are needing to bring a lot of gear for work" and score a unit on the top floors..unit conpendium doesn't have up to date information for assistance....my stay has caused considerable distress on top of the expected challenges of being away from home and to meet work demands..

WeI have been staying at Bila Vista Holiday Apartments since it opened in 2001. A great place for a holiday. Heated pool and spa. Very quiet and close to Surf Life Saving Club and other places to obtain meals. Walking distance to Coolangatta. The Residential Manager is without doubt the best Manager that we have been fortunate to meet. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment fully furnished with kitchen and washer and dryer and also dishwasher. A parking lot is available in a lockable garage. The swimming pool is in the center of the site and not for the public.

We had the best holiday staying at Bila Vista Holiday Apartments, the apartment was very comfortable with everything that you need for a holiday, very friendly management ready to help. Walking distance to the shops and close to the beach. Great place, we will definitely be booking another holiday. Thank you Chris and Jacqui Duffy
