My
partner
and
I
have
been
here
numerous
times
over
the
past
few
years.
The
atmosphere,
food
and
service
has
always
been
absolutely
fantastic,
and
I
would
recommend
it
as
an
experience
to
absolutely
anyone.
Unfortunately,
that
has
changed.
After
seating
for
dinner
on
12/12
at
around
630pm,
the
initial
order
of
sides
was
slow
to
come
out,
and
the
portions
noticeably
smaller
than
our
last
visit
approx
6
months
prior.
Normally
I
would
forgive
and
move
on,
as
these
things
are
unremarkable
when
looked
at
in
isolation.
However,
the
service
was
certainly
not
up
to
the
levels
of
previous
visits,
and
what
we
have
come
to
expect
of
such
a
fantastic
establishment.
In
addition
to
this,
most
of
the
red
meat
served
was
exactly
that,
red.
Raw
to
the
point
where
it
was
difficult
to
cut
with
a
steak
knife
due
to
the
rubbery
texture.
I
watched
food
of
this
quality
served
time
and
again
to
patrons
around
the
dining
area,
and
their
expressions
told
the
story.
After
being
queried
on
our
experience
at
the
end
of
the
night,
we
addressed
the
rawness
of
the
meat,
to
which
we
were
told
"it
depends
which
cook
is
on
due
to
differences
in
personal
preference."
I
understand
portion
sizes
change,
costs
increase
and
staff
turnover.
The
quality
of
the
food
served,
for
the
prices
paid
is
not
excusable.
Perhaps
my
review
would
not
be
so
harsh,
had
it
not
been
for
the
previous
impeccable
levels
of
service
and
food.
Unfortunately,
we
will
not
be
back.
