customer
I
always
have
my
doubts
and
especially
with
shipping
fish
as
so
much
can
go
wrong.
I
have
had
fish/fish
supplies
shipped
by
other
websites
and
I
have
to
say,
comparatively
Aquaholics
are
my
go
to
from
now
on.
They
just
seem
to
have
a
very
high
attention
to
detail
and
duty
of
care
to
their
customers.
Read
on
if
you
want
to
hear
what
I
like
about
them..
I
honestly
can't
sing
enough
praises,
from
speed
of
delivery,
to
delivery
email
notices,
customer
service
and
support,
care
in
their
packaging
of
fish
(ensuring
there
is
enough
water
and
sound
knowledge
in
keeping
certain
species
separated)
and
quality
of
packaging
material
used
is
a
step
up
on
others
I
find.
I
have
really
felt
that
they
try
to
build
a
strong
rapport
with
their
customers.
The
fish
prices
are
a
smidge
higher
by
$2
or
$3
per
fish
but
it
is
well
worth
it
to
receive
what
seem
to
be
very
happy
and
well
treated
healthy
fish
vs
getting
fish
that
have
obviously
been
attacked
by
another
fish
or
very
obviously
over
starved
for
transport.
The
cost
of
shipping
is
also
quite
fair,
about
low
to
mid
range
compared
to
other
websites.
It
is
always
speedy
and
the
courier
service
they
use,
the
staff
are
always
super
friendly
when
dropping
the
fish
off
too.
My
only
critique
is
that
it
would
be
amazing
to
be
able
to
get
a
full
refund
on
DOA
fish
instead
of
store
credit
and
I
would
love
to
see
them
regularly
update
their
live
fish
stock
online
and
to
add
a
bigger
selection.
I'm
always
on
the
lookout
for
more
and
am
saddened
when
I
see
so
much
out
of
stock!
Nevertheless
I
respect
their
dedication
a
lot
and
look
forward
to
supporting
Aquaholics.
And
for
anyone
who's
made
it
this
far,
in
my
review,
definitely
give
them
a
go.
I
can
guarantee
you
won't
be
disappointed.
