Professional approach of the staff, but also great contact with the child. The person who performed the ear piercing procedure (both at the same time) using the Blomdahl method was very calm and composed, which made my daughter (8 years old), feel safe and comfortable even though she was afraid. One day after piercing, the ears look normal and can be touched during cleaning without discomfort to the child. The younger daughter, who also dreams of earrings, is delighted with the visit to the office and the ladies; she went out wearing earrings - stickers of her choice and aptly summed up the treatment "because today is Earring Day". It was worth waiting and coming back (because our first visit was at the age of 5, when it was suggested to us to wait at least until the age of 8) to experience it this way. I recommend this office with all my heart! I will definitely go back there with my younger daughter when she is older and still wants earrings
