Well, this gym has become my home gym, and as lackluster as it is I enjoy getting in and out. The new staff are all wonderful and for the most part, don't look like they hate their job. I travel a lot and see a lot of PF's and this isn't the nicest one at all but it's still my home gym. Thanks, guys.

This place has become a zoo. A bunch of kids holding up all the equipment. About three kids to every piece. You will never be able to workout here unless you go early in the am. Unfortunately I can't. The worst part is seeing these babies struggle not having a clue to what they are doing. Just witnessed a kid hurt himself tonight smh. I've been a member to this gym for many years but not worth going anymore if you can't get a piece of equipment. I'm up for the kiddos having somewhere positive to go but this was not thought-out by corporate well at all. Just a matter of time before they are sued or lose their real paying members.

The girls at the front desk always have an attitude and no basic customer service skills. Rude & unfriendly. Only perk at this location is that it’s less crowded at this location.

Clean facility. Friendly staff and machines are always available. Rarely and machines are broken. Only wish they go back to 24hrs

First off it is always clean. Convenient location for me, good solid hours and variety of equipment. Nice large restrooms/showers and good selection of drinks. Massage chairs can use some upgrading though.

This PF had lying leg curls always a plus. Thanks for helping us stay fit on the road with so many clubs available.

On Saturday March 4th at 3:30pm Shoutout the useless employees <3 someone stole my headphone case while i was cleaning my mat and i couldn't see who as i work out with my glasses off. However, I have a police report pending. Also shoutout to whoever stole my case, its worthless to you as i still have the earpieces so might as well give it back me.

This a safe space for everyone! Whether you’re a beginner or an avid gym-goer, everyone can come in and do their own thing. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to work out!

I enjoy this gym. Few people at the times I go and you can monitor the crowd from the app based on check in. Easy to use machines, good cleaning policy, Black card members have the use of hydro massage beds to relax after workout. Only change is I REALLY wish they would offer in-person classes and 24 hr. hours. I do classes much better when i am with a group vs. virtual/YouTube.

Planet Fitness has everything you need in order to get a good workout in. Payment is quick. clear, and easy.

The front staff are very friendly. They always make me comfortable by helping me with gym equipments. I truly feel safe in this gym!

I have been working at this location for 6 months. They are all very friendly. A couple of days ago 2 associates were checking out the machines and I asked them to adjust one for me and they handled it right away 🙏 thanks 👏🏼👍

While the experience was ok while I used the membership (except for free high-school students during summer break) canceling was a diferent story. I went to cancel and they told me it was done and I would get an email. I finally got the email however it says they will be charging another month and I can still use the gym for another month.. they did not tell me they were going to do that, so I went back and a different person said I had to cancel prior to the 9th of the month. I'm upset they didn't tell me about that from the beginning.. this is a shady practice to get more money... they should have been upfront about this.. Edit: management reached out to me the very next day and are working on a refund .. (once that goes thru I'll update to better rating, I was impresses they reached out right away)

Very chill, wish it had more machines and less treadmills but its a planet fitness. Overall a good experience for an average gym-goer

I typically go to Esporta fitness but I came to planet fitness one weekend as a guest and loved it .I got to use every machine I wanted unlike most gyms and the staff was soooo friendly . If only they had a childcare center I would definitely change gyms.

Plante fitness on Avondale Blvd just off the I-10 is one of the cleanest gyms you will see. I would definitely recommend this gym.

I definitely like this GYM 🏋️‍♀️ 💪🏾, got my subscription today and let me tell you, I enjoyed every second of the hour and a half of my workout, 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of weight lifting, lots of machines to workout in a friendly environment, not overcrowded at all, very clean, you have to clean after yourself, lots of cleaning stations 👍, I'll try to be there everyday from now on.

I went in to discuss membership and did not like what I heard. Why would anyone sign up for a membership with that crazy contract? You can only cancel in person with a cancellation form or send a letter. Yet you can sign up online in a few seconds? Easy to sign up and hard to cancel. RED FLAG. The only real way to legitimately cancel is with a certified letter for proof. Do better. Just charge me the annual and first month at sign up and let me pay monthly from there. Why trap people with a contract? Sleazy.

I haven't been back to a gym in 2 years and last time I did, I got sick. But Planet Fitness was different. The staff is so welcoming and their cleaning protocols on equipment is on point. I love it here. There's no "gymtimadation" as they say. Everyone is there to workout and be on their way!

The equipment is horrible. Not enough and it is made so you can’t get progress. Their whole business model is to keep people from getting in shape. Every time I go I just remember how much I regret getting a membership to this place.

All planet fitness' are not equal, and this place proved it!! Honestly, I wish my home club was this nice . Top of the line machines nicer than anything we have at my local hometown pf ! Bathrooms ...10!!!outa 10 .. Insanely clean showers and the coolest changing rooms I've ever seen in a pf. Had a Spartan race at PIR and just needed to clean up and massage, will use this location everytime I'm back here racing now !! Amazing staff.. amazing location!!

I went to the gym this morning and it was closed, this has been more often the not that this staff does not open at 4:00. I am usually in first thing in the morning to get my day started with a workout. I like this gym but today is not one of them. Come on staff get your act together.

Couldn't even shower once place closed at 11 cause employees wanted everyone out. Some of us have a busy work schedule and would assume they at least give customers time to shower and change once done working out and equipment use should be done at 11 unless stated somewhere in gym.

Well equipped and clean. Climate controls are set proper for a gym. Down side is there is no coaching or training available in the AM. Some of the employees, working this time of day, dont even know what machines are what. If you feel that you need some training or coaching, or classes, and you are a morning person than this is NOT the place for you. Look to a smaller gym. If you just want to be left alone, than this is a good place.

I love this gym but they don’t let the trainers train one on one if I want to hit back with them and schedule for them to train me they don’t let me which is horrible I should be able to train with them one on one.

Just had the WORST experience with staff member Stephanie R. She is extremely rude, overly aggressive & highly lacks customer service skills. After her poor explanation of my billing issue she literally chased me out of the gym. I could have payed my fees with her in that moment if her attitude didn’t get the best of her & take things south. Called to speak with manager to find out my billing “issue” came with my transfer of gyms which is not my fault. I’ve been with Planet Fitness since 2018 with the same billing information. Cancelled my membership & will not be returning to any planet fitness. The most rude experience & most I’ve ever felt judged at a non judgment zone! Very poor representation of the company. Stay clear of rude staff.

I took my grandson as a guest on Thursday and Friday. He lifted weights, and since I had already done my exercise for the day, I took advantage of the massage and tanning services. Planet Fitness has everything you could want under one roof and one monthly membership fee. Love it

We love each and every experience at our local Planet Fitness! The employees are very welcoming, the facility is clean, and we live close by.

Limited equipment even for a PF. close by so it is convenient but don't bother trying to interact with the staff, they are a unhappy group

It's a bit small, and the equipment isn't as up to date as what I'm used to in Appleton, WI. I couldn't figure out how to access the workouts at all. Weight machines don't keep track of your reps, and there's no scale in the locker room. I didn't see a refill station for my water bottle, either, which means I'll have to keep my workouts to about 30-60 minutes depending on what I'm doing. Otherwise, it's a convenient, if not a little outdated, and comfortable place to workout.
