Timely, efficient, thoroughly professional staff and service from all team members both front of house and behind the scenes (so-to-speak). Called the practice Wednesday and was booked in for full assessment within 48 hours, with results being discussed with the GP five working days later. Would have been sooner but my assessment fell on a Friday so blood and ECG test reviews not started until following Monday. Problem areas quickly identified and plan put in place to address the same prior to prescribing any medication (may happen later but prescription meds not the default solution). Tailored, individual service and treatment plans. Do it, your health is worth it.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Such a warm and welcoming place. All staff and doctors are so friendly and do everything they can to help. As someone who is scared of medical settings, it’s the perfect place to get some more comfort. Same day and next day appointments are always available from my experience. Will continue coming back!

We attended the practice as a family and the staff and doctors took really good care of us. It was a very relaxing experience and the doctor was excellent. Very pleased we made the appointment after struggling to book one with our NHS doctor.

First if all the surgery is inviting and they make good coffee. The reception by the staff is both friendly and business like. My experiences with the doctor have been brilliant. He has the time, as distinct from the overworked doctors if the NHS , to listen to you. It is a refreshing change to have a doctor that actually cares. Absolutely amazing, I had been messed around by the nhs for 2 years and thought I’d try going private. They got straight to the problem for me and within 2 weeks I was getting completely clear skin. I’ve told a lot of my friends and family to join and would recommend joining. Everyone here is very professional very welcoming and actually care. Great service
