Went in a few days ago and asked shop assistant ( actually think it was the manager which is even worse ) I asked for trainers in my size,he actually huffed aloud and said he was busy and to find someone else when he could have radioed another staff member to help me,absolutely lacking in customer service skills.no apology nothing.it took me a good 15 mins to find a member of staff to help me.this store is awful,staff don’t know what they’re doing,some of them are miserable (not all).makes you wonder why people prefer to shop online these days though when your greeted with miserable people like that.

Staff are so helpful and polite, nothing was to much trouble for them, they helped me get all the correct items as well as save money, thank you so much, need to shop there more often 😀

Place and items are ok. Some staff are rude and unhelpful though. Affordable stuff unless you're a brand follower nike etc can be expensive even here. Starting to hate this place honestly. Some of the staff there have zero interest in helping you. When i actually found a staff member who seemed to appreciate having a job i spent £30 on what another staff member had told me they didn't have

You'd struggle not to find what you need. I'd prefer the tills at the front of the shop but hey-ho

Run by students who dont give a $h1t and managers who wont come out of the back to deal with issues. Bought a pair of what I thought was waterproof trainers but given the non waterproof version. After getting soaking wet feet on my first run was refused and exchange or refund. Will now complain to head office and trading standards.

Staff very friendly and so helpful.

Lovely clean store with helpful staff, they don't follow you around like in some other branches. Even a lift to go upstairs and down, which is great as I struggle a lot with walking and stairs. Went to get a refund on wrong size Xmas present. Didn't have receipt as I had washed it in another pocket 🙈 they found it within mins and received credit note with no problems at all xx

I was asked by a pair of trainers for somebody but I have no idea what to buy. They didn't have what I was asked to buy so I asked one of the lads and he found me something different. So objective achieved.
