Been a customer since 2009 purchasing beds and mattresses. The girls here are very friendly and completely knowledgeable about their products. We tried a few mattresses as we wanted a firm but comfortable one. Kaylie gave us advice so we were able to make an informed choice. Not only was it a great price but we get it delivered tomorrow.

Bought a guest bed. Customer service was excellent, delivery times were great and delivered when they said they would. This is my 2nd purchase from them, always been more than happy

Got a mattress it was the first place I went to wish I would of shopped a round and got a better deal ( like the deals in the black Friday sale)

Bought a lovely grey king size bed !! Young lad in the shop is really helpful too. Bed delivered yesterday (£10 Delivery - they took the bed straight up to the room without being asked to) I am made up with it , looks fabulous in my bedroom !!!

Really friendly customer service made buying a new stress free can't wait for my new beds to be delivered on Saturday. Good value for money, no pressure sales. Would recommend.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Order a bed in March and told 3 week wait. It’s now week 7!!! Every time I chased it up was told “definitely end of next week”??!! Fobbed off every time. Bed came today and nice delivery lads but didn’t assemble it!!! Big king size ottoman and it’s just plonked in the middle of the bedroom. Apparently you have to pay £30 for them to assemble it. Fair enough. But this wasn’t offered to me when I ordered it!! Would not recommend this company whatsoever. Wish I’d have gone to a proper company. Regretting using them so much!

Called in today for a mattress but never had the one I wanted, however the girl in the store was really helpful and sorted us out. Might have only been my second visit in 7 years but will definitely be back :)
