Awful. We booked for 2 nights but unfortunately ended up in A&E. Owner said he's giving us till 11pm to check in otherwise we can't stay there.He called us at 10.45 to say this. Zero empathy, zero understanding. Extremely rude and argumentative. That's the last thing we need in hospital. Customer service is none existant. Absolutely disgusted. If they try taking payment I'll be taking further action. Update: Owner called again morning of 26th Feb questioning what time I got out of hospital and again being extremely rude. He's now put the booking through as a no show. Yes, we never turned up because he gave us a time limit and was making an already stressful situation even worse. I wasn't discharged from A&E until after 11pm. The owner is now lying saying he said we've got until midnight. He did NOT say this. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely decor, rooms nice and clean with large bathroom. Communal areas very pleasant and comfortable. Really nice atmosphere. Cooked breakfast was delicious. Owner and staff all lovely, very pleasant and cheerful. Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Liverpool.

Great price, good location. Car park to rear. If you're planning on going sightseeing into the City centre, then I'd recommend walking the 10 mins to Orrell Park Station and catch one of the frequent trains. Weekend rate was just over £4 return. Believe you can get an unlimited day pass for £6

The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the local area. They provided excellent service standards. I had to visit Aintree Hospital and they helped to order a taxi and provided clear instruction. The bar area and common room are clean, tidy and have a good atmosphere. The hotel room was clean, clear and of a high standard. The bathroom had been cleaned thoroughly and bedding felt fresh and comfortable. I got the breakfast time wrong and staff accommodated toast and preserves with friendliness and were polite and exceptionally kind to do so. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed in a very spacious room in this hotel for 1 night. The hotel is not a big purpose-built building but a big house conversion . It was warm and additional oil heater provided. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuit were in the room along with kettle. Hair dryer was available and iron board is available on request . Beds were good but mattress was too soft and uncomfortable for me due to either the spring type or age of it . Free hot and continental breakfast was available but only from 8:30 in the morning on weekends, but the hotel staff got this ready by 8am upon request. Free parking for up to 6 cars available at the rear of property. A small bar and lounge also there . Staffs were good and helpful but smiling faces could be better. The bathroom was very clean dry and spacious but the shower pressure was low . As this property is next to a busy road I could hear sound every car and pedestrians on road. Good value for money if you could get a nice sleep.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic host, so friendly and made us a lovely breakfast, so accommodating and we will definitely return, couldn’t believe how clean it was, it was a lovely stay

What a gem. Outside of the main city centre, this is a great little, privately owned hotel you simply don't get anymore in Liverpool. The owner offers such great service, and is such a warm host. I can't recommend this place high enough.

I stayed on a Saturday night it was great, staff are very polite and friendly I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here two years ago but felt this time the rooms needed some attention. Shower head far too small. Hairdryer kept cutting out and hadn’t been PAT tested as is a law in a hotel. Left towels on floor on first morning and they weren’t changed at any time during our 3 night stay. Decorations need attention. On Sunday no room service so no clean cups! The breakfast was excellent and a bonus that we could park the car and five minutes to train station

Comfy clean room, good WiFi, great breakfast. This place was a great value find. The only issue to be aware of is that it's not close to the centre of town.

Very nice and clean hotel! (Only the bed was really hard so 4 stars) We had a great stay in Liverpool. The hotel was near de Metro and bus station so everything was nearby. Thanks for everything.

Reasonably priced hotel not too far out from the city centre. Orrel Park Station just a short walk - from here you can get the train into Liverpool City in a matter of minutes. Hotel clean and comfortable. Bar area very and nice and good breakfast too!

We held a wake here in July '22. From the outset, Vin, the manager/owner was brilliant. He helped organise everything, in what was a difficult time for us. On the day/night he and his staff were brilliant. Catered for all and went above and beyond to make sure it went perfectly. Could not recommend them and the venue highly enough

Spent a weekend at the hotel. Friendly greeting on Friday afternoon, rooms were clean and tidy. Good size bathroom. Breakfasts were plentiful and waiting staff very pleasant. Would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Liverpool. Metro station 8 minutes walk and 15 minutes train trip to the city centre.

This place has the best host we have have met for a while he is friendly makes us feel welcome as soon as we came with my 2 year old son... our car has broken down and he has made us feel so welcome to wait in lounge while we wait on a mechanic offered us a room for tonight if we need it as he had a cancellation we had first refusal.. thank you so much for everything truly a wonderful place rooms are large and clean bathroom is beautifully presented place is local to asda and 15mins from anfield.
