Been enjoying the food and protein shakes from Re-Fuel Cafe for just over 2 years now and they are the best food and shakes I’ve ever had. Their burgers are something else 😍 their cherry yogurt protein shake is hands down one of the best flavours in my opinion. Kayle and the team are the friendliest bunch of people too 😊

All the food is packed with flavour and is very filling, the chilly had a perfect blend of flavour and spice. Amazing service, amazing people, highly recommend.

We booked Re Fuel UK for our junior football presentation. From initial booking Kayle made the whole process simple and offered various options to suit our requirements. He remained in regular contact and he and his team provided a first class service on the day. The feedback the club received all said the food and service was excellent. We will have no hesitation booking Re Fuel UK for future events.

After booking our wedding for next August next year, I have consciously tried to start eating better and being fitter in general, so after failing a few times with diets which either left me hungry or simply not enjoying my food, me and my fiancee (who is also trying) tried Refuel-Uk meal preps. We had the classic beef bolognese and penne pasta and jerk chicken rice and peas. The first thing we noted was the helpfull micronutrients information on the label so we could count our calories and other such things we have been counting! The second thing was how generous the portion size was allowing us to swap and taste each others meals far bigger and more filling than similar things I have tried in the past. Overall we were delighted how something so healthy was so tasty as well. in conclusion we spend £27 on a single dominos or alike so we find these very fairly valued for a great nurtrious meal!

Every time I use the gym which is about 3-4 times a week, I have food here! The food is incredible and in my opinion excellent prices, you can ensure your eating healthy and topping up your required protein for the day, the other thing to add is the incredible staff that always make you feel so welcome!! Really can’t recommend this place enough!! Favourite cafe!

Great food ,great people,great place. What more is there to say. Food is spot on and all calorie and macros tracked. If you are trying to get fit or manage calorie intake give Kayle and the gang a shout and they will be more than happy to help. And even if your not and just want good healthy food check these guys out

We had lunch here for the first time eating in today, we usually get take away coffee & pancakes.but today we went for the re-fuel club wrap and sausage sandwich and a hazelnut latte. I can't recommend enough, food was delicious coffee is always amazing. Staff are super friendly and helpful, really clean and hygienic. Fantastic service too! will be returning.

Ordered lunch via uber eats. The order was delivered well within the expected delivery time and the food that arrived was absolutely lovely. Had never ordered from here before but I definitely will be again.

Absolutely stunning Eggs Benedict. All throughout my life I’ve loved Eggs Benny, but have always been disheartened by the tiny portion sizes they usually entail. Thanks to these folks, I don’t have to worry about that again. Massive portion, good price, tastes amazing. Nice one 🤙🏼

Visited the cafe on a Monday morning after finding on Google and wanting a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff and lovely food. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again when im in the area

First time eating here and really enjoyed it. The food was healthy without compromising on taste. Staff were all great and the menu is full of choice. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend it to anyone.

Really great mix of healthy food, all macros known if needed. Lovely protein pancakes and huge eggs Benedict if wanted.
