Absolutely fantastic B&B perfect hosts very friendly people couldn't ask for anymore. Breakfast cooked fantastically well. Would definitely recommend for a couple needing a place to stay. Can't wait to stay again

5 star plus B & B immaculate beds really comfy with onsuite bath, shower and toilet, kettle, mini fridge. Great location 3 mile away from Liverpool but nice quiet and secluded area. Bus stop 5 minutes away to Liverpool center. Simon and sue were lovely couple couldn't do enough for us. Full English spot on 👍 Will be visiting again in future

Great breakfast. Spotlessly clean. good decor. fab bathroom. adjoining sitting room .Thoughtful touches like books on locality, glossy magazines, toiletries. Choices of teas and coffee. biscuits etc. small fridge to store cold foods for your use. Lovely hosts who offer lots of advice on what to do. Excellent location to get over to Liverpool fast by train, bus or car. But near to lovely countryside of Wirral and the huge beach at West kirby.

Home from home and close to Liverpool city centre. Well priced and lovely homemade food. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you wanted to visit Liverpool but stay outside the hustle and bustle.

Really enjoyed our two nights stay. Simon and Sue were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Immaculate but homely with lots of thoughtful extras. Extremely comfy bed and first class breakfast.

Just enjoyed a fabulous 3 night stay, lovely room with fridge, super comfy bed with lovely bed linen, huge en-suite with lots of little extras and delicious breakfasts. House is in a lovely quite location surrounded by trees. Simon and Sue are the perfect hosts, they very kindly gave us a lift to Birkenhead to catch the ferry over to Liverpool and to top it all we had Sue's delicious homemade chocolates left in the fridge every day, definitely one to go back to.

Simon and Sue are wonderful. The B and B is beautiful and a real find, but what makes this place stand out from the rest is the quaility of service they provide. Down to the tiny details and personalised tour, even celebrating a birthday with us and ensuring we know our way around the city. This was extremely kind. We could not recommend this place enough and although we know we will be back to see more of Liverpool it will also be because of this amazing couple and their outstanding B and B. We can't thank them enough and we are already looking forward to our return trip. If you get the chance to stay here, do! You won't regret it.

Fantastic place to stay, Simon and Sue are very friendly, helpful hosts. The room was clean and airy, on suit was lovely. Breakfasts were very nice, overall a very pleasant stay in a wonderful B & B, will definitely be using Rocklands again.

Had a fantastic time, Owned by a lovely couple who went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Waking up to a great cooked breakfast was another positive. Our room was very smart and the bathroom was huge, we just didnt want to leave. Thank you for having us and we do hope to see you again - Sam

Excellent place to stay. Sue and Simon could not be any more helpful or friendly. As soon as you arrive you are made to feel welcome. There is plenty to choose from for breakfast and you are not made to feel rushed. Simon is only too happy to help with his local knowledge and will always advise you on places to go and the best ways to get there. This also extends to Liverpool, with it's many attractions. I could not think of a better place to stay and I cannot recommend 2TheRocklands highly enough.

The accomodation is very smart, clean + fresh We had a lovely en- suite bedroom with a sitting room next door Simon + Sue are very welcoming The breakfasts were really nice + freshly cooked to order 😋 Good location for touring around on the Wirral.

We have just returned home after 2 lovely days..thank you so much Simon and Susan...what a beautiful home you have. If we ever come up that way again we will 100% most definitely stay with you.

We spent 3 nights at the bed and breakfast. It is in a very nice, clean neighborhood. Parking is free and right in front of the home. Room and bathroom were extremely comfortable and every amenity was well thought off. Simon and Sue are amazing hosts. the breakfast was incredible. Simon gave us excellent insight into public transportation, places to visit and best way to get there. He guided us to great eating places. On two occasions Simon gave us a ride to the restaurants and the ferry terminal.
