    Would like to share my opinion with you regarding this service. Completely waste of money and time. We bought approved Mazda 6 in November with extended warranty. After few months front parking sensors start to malfunctioning for some reason. Showing there is a something in the front of the car despite the fact wasn't anything there. It is really annoying as it is happening usually when you stopping on the traffic lights etc. So I report this as we had a extended warranty thinking this will be an easy fix. I was so wrong... Now we are after second visit and still not fixed!!!! Everything is the same as before despite the fact they forced me to pay every time for sensors which are probably fine as even I suspect there is some deeper issue with central unit etc.... Every time I have been told there is no issues and this time should be fine. Absolute lack of professionalism. We just gave up after second visit as obviously they don't know own cars apparently. I can't believe now I bought car for 16k and have issues like this. Be careful with this dealer.

    Jonathan and the team at Bolton Motorpark over the years have consistently delivered an excellent aftercare service coupled with an friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to all.

    I came across this Mazda Showroom on car wow website. I liked the car immediately and spoke to *Gordon Collison* who was very helpful, courteous and professional sales person. I travelled from Aberdeen on Monday keeping my fingers crossed for the store not to close down for COVID-19 Pandemic. I received all the essential papers and the car was clean, shiny and ready for me. It was a quick service with no faff. It was a competitive deal and I was happy with my purchase. Even though I didn't test drive the car, I was sure of the purchase. The car drove brilliantly back from Bolton to Aberdeen. I can recommend this place to anyone. Edit: I have now started work and have been driving for 3 weeks. The car drives brilliantly and has no problems. There was a fuse in front cigarette lighter from the time of purchase, which is an easy fix( even a child can do😂).

    I bought a two year old Mazda 2 G Sport Nav in this garage.. The car was in excellent condition.. the little things that I didn't like were corrected without any problems.. Mackenzie was really lovely to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for me picking up my new car.. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Invicta Mazda Bolton..     If I could give a zero star I would. Absolute shocking experience with this dealership bout a smart4four used car drove it out the forecourt the engine management light came on took it back was fobbed off saying it was nothi g so it was turned off. Then a few days later i was driving along it completley cut out ! Got recovered and dealership told me it was a faulty battery . Still wasn't right so I took it for an independent check and was told there was an underlying problem with the engine and would need a lot of money spending on it ! I took the car back the manager Steve was extremely rude and wouldn't speak to us that day was told to make an appointment. I swapped it for a fiat the following day and then a week later the smartforfour was back up for sale on the forecourt! Absolutely shocking customer service. Rude and obnoxious. I was sold a warranty for £300i was never explained to me . It was just added on to my finance. My new fiat 500 went back to the garage on 4 separate occasions with different faults ! I made a formal complaint to their HR and they never even replied to the email to this day. It was possibly the worst experience of my life and has put me off going into a dealership again. The only person that I would say had any customer service or empathy was Damien on the service desk. Ed the sales manager was the worst rudest person I've ever come across and needs to stop telling lies and learn how to interact with the publici never want to step foot in bolton motor parks again

    Great service received all round. Jacob was very helpful and sent me a personalised video of the car I was interested in and everyone at the dealership provided great help and were very friendly and professional. The car I bought is great and would highly recommended Motor Park Bolton. Thanks.

    Back in February we needed a new car. We'd never had a Mazda before or even a new car, had always got second hand. Jacob and his manager were very helpful and explained so many things to us really well. We were able to take home a car the next day. I i love my hybrid. We definitely would like to use this Mazda dealership in the future. Definitely recommend.

    Bought a vehicle from them after being badly let down by Kia Bolton who we would never use again! Jacob the salesman is an outstanding young man who will go along way in the industry with his enthusiasm and will to help customers. The service department are helpful get your vehicle back to on time and fully explain any problems that might have arisen. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Good old fashioned service and curtisy to the customer

    Took my car in to be looked at, as its an older I was worried that I wouldn't be given the service, as for a newer vehicle, how wrong was I Claire couldn't have been better vehicle was looked over and my worries put at ease. Car was given a health check. And a few bits sorted, cost was good and reasonable, thanks again to the techs and Claire would definitely return.

    This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and always had a bit of an impression of the typical slick car sales person. But I could not have been more wrong. I dealt with Mackenzie who was very friendly, informative and not at all pushy. I left the dealership very happy with the deal I had in place and the subsequent payment process, picking up the car etc...was very easy and efficient.

    Just bought a used VW Beetle online from these guys. Absolutely amazing customer service. Jacob was a first class salesman. Contacted me directly to discuss the car and its features. Was in constant email communication, as I live in Essex and totally put my mind at rest as a first time online car buyer. Ted was also very helpful and reassured me answering all my questions (there was a lot). Got the car delivered to my door and it was exactly as they showed in the online photos and video. Would highly recommend these guys. Thank you!

    I have just had my annual service and I found the whole experience painless! The booking reminder is very useful and simple to follow. The service was completed within the time frame allocated and the work carried out was explained. Staff were very friendly and a technician was able to help me when I asked for assistance with removing and installing my baby seat.

    GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They don't tell you about the hidden costs of diagnostic tests when purchasing the car even when they car is still under warranty. They also didn't tell me about a monthly direct debit service charge which makes each service you have cheaper. instead I got stung around £250 for the first service and around £350 for the second service. My car has had a few manufacturers faults on the car including window regulators and my car sensor being faulty. I have been asked to pay £126 for diagnostic tests to find out the problem with my car. Any additional repair costs i then need to pay. I have been a customer of mazda for the last 14 years and this is by far the worst experience I have had. They are not clear with communication. Quick to take my money. Get the direct debit date wrong when setting up the contract. No courtesy cars to give when your car goes in for a service or repair. I will NOT be returning to Mazda for my next car. Its all just an inconvenience. I swore by Mazda before but not anymore. They dont look after you at all anymore. I'm very disappointed with the service received over the last couple of years. They're just not interested in retaining the customer.... only interested in taking your money and fleecing you every chance they get. You've lost a loyal customer.

    Buying my car from Bolton motor park was great, my salesman Mackenzie helped me get a great deal when I bought my car, and explained everything to me about the car and how to use and charge the vehicle, this was my first EV I had bought and very little knowledge about them. When I picked up the car, it was immaculately clean and ready to go. I am made up with my car. Huge thanks to Mackenzie and all the team at Bolton motor park.

    The first time I walked into the show room, I was not sure what I wanted, I met Mr Mackenzie Stevens, who had a smile on his face and I felt welcomed. I told him I was looking for an electric car, he even told me how I missed one that was sold, a used one. He then showed me this car I bought, but was not sure when it was going to be sold, but that he would find out. He came and gave me the good news, and said if I wanted it I could deposit some money to keep it from going online, which was refundable. I want to appreciate him and tell him thank you because he sold the car with his manners and attitude, which I know every customer will appreciate. when I asked how old he was , I was shocked . So thank you Mr Stevens and keep the smile and the attitude, it will take you far. Thanks Mrs Bobmanuel

    An excellent Dealership with Helpful Knowledgeable sales team and a varied product line. I've bought plenty of new cars in the past and this was the best experience so far. The CX30 is sleek economical and fun to drive. It is the smoothest Hybrid I've driven and was a good price in the deal.

    I have been dealing with Bolton Motor Park for probably 18 months 2 years plus after having an horrendous time with the dealership in Oldham that sold me the car. About 12 months ago I took my Jeep Renegade in as it had lost power. It turns out it was the oil pump / sensor issue if I recall. The bill originally came to a little under 2k. I was dealt with by Liam who is very professional and tried every last thing in his power and in the regulations to get my vehicle repaired but at a much cheaper cost. This brought the final bill to a little over £600 which although a lot is much better than the original price. A lot of places would just do the work at the orginal cost but the professionalism and care from Liam was fantastic. We have recently had to take the car in for a service and again the price is relatively high but due to this being overdue and a couple other necessary issues he has managed to get these done but again trying his best to keep costs at a reasonable level.     Never had an issue with Motorparks Bolton, they keep you informed if you are having work done, service is completed for when you need the car back. Don't have anything negative to report about them, there a great bunch of people who give great service, I've had 5 Mazda's and will have another one.

    Booked car for a recall to be informed don't do recalls on WK ends. Drove from Swinton for booked recall with car replacement whilst job gets done. When arrived informed booked in for recall + service. When told no service told no car to give. Had to go back different date for recall on a Saturday morning. 2 stars for miss information although recall was completed I hope.
