Top notch company to deal with, they care about customers and delivered what I ordered a day earlier than published too! Already looking for my next water feature.

I was recently trawling the web for an easy fit water feature to liven up my sorry old deck. I came across the UK Water Features site and even though there was a multitude of great stuff, I quickly found a 75cm Stainless Steel globe which had integrated LED's which looked great on the photo's. I contacted their team with a bunch of questions regarding the installation steps, and advise as to which pebbles to use in the base - I was really impressed with the friendly advise together with the detailed product knowledge and the order was processed and delivered without a hitch. Kit landed - ON TIME!! - Instructions were carefully followed - Looks Great - Thanks

Don't waste your time visiting this company's shop, it does not have a store for you to go and look at its products despite there being an address and directions on their website. Wasted considerable time and fuel driving to their location only to find they closed their shop to public a while ago. If you search their website with a fine toothed comb it does mention it. Not impressed, won't be using this company, like to see and feel the quality before I buy.

I bought a water pump of this company last year the product has a two year manufacturers guarantee on it I placed the order over the phone but when I tried to contact the company to tell them the product no longer worked. They never answered the phone and fob me off on emails saying they couldn’t find my order I sent him an email showing an image of their product with their company name printed on it and still got no joy. Terrible company to communicate with very disappointed with the after sales

I was searching online for a water fountain and after visiting a lot of online uk garden shops,I have found the perfect one on Uk water features.They are also one of the few UK water gardening webshops that do ship and deliver to Europe.Congrats!

Purchased solar powered pebble pool. Product not fit for purpose. No way to adjust water flow, without modifying, so all water was splashing out without being returned to sump. If this is the best they can do they should just limit themselves to making cardboard boxes.

Recently purchased a Water Starlet feature for our garden. The project took some doing but thanks to the crowning glory of the water feature it looks the business and finishes the whole project beautifully. UK Water features were a breeze to deal with and their next day free delivery far exceeded our expectations. As they offer a whole range of garden products we've bookmarked the page and will be a returning customer in the coming months.

Ordered a purple monolith,and,whilst it turned up promptly, it was white,not just white with purple, (obviously every stone is unique, we were expecting that?,but white...When we rang customer services, we got"well love,what do you want?It was the most purple one we had,So do you want us to take the whole lot back,you'll have to wait a month,love",Generally £400 worth of not bothered and rather patronising, poor customer service but anice feature IF YOU WANT WHITE

Absolutely love my new water feature. Its actually bigger than I expected and fits well in our small garden. With the lovely weather recently, we have spent many nights sitting in the garden listening to the calming cascading water. The birds are enjoying it too. Communication and delivery were excellent. I will use this company again and would highly recommend them.

Highly Recommended Excellent service! In ignorance of exactly what was needed I bought the wrong item. Called the business, very helpful and sorted immediately, and second correct item delivered swiftly. Returned the first item and received full refund including the postage - all within a week! Already installed and working perfectly - good products and at a fair price with excellent service - what's not to like?? I know where to go when I need help in the future !

Really excellent service from this company. We bought two solar water features - pleased with how they looked but one had a faulty solar panel. One email and two days later a new one arrived. They both look great in the garden - we played around a bit with the panels to make them as unobtrusive as possible which wasn't too difficult. Overall very happy with our purchase thank you.

We're delighted with the water feature we chose. There was a lot of choice on the website, we settled for a metal one in a contemporary style. It fits in perfectly. Delivery was swift, and the minor assembly needed was easy.

Very helpful people at UK Water Features! I wanted to create a bubble fountain for my balcony in a large glazed planter that I no longer use for plants. I didn't have much of a clue where to start but Becky was most helpful with measurements of products, whether suitable for my planter and suggestions for alternative materials if not. At the time of ordering, the pump was out of stock but I pre-ordered and they dispatched it straightaway when back in stock. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to set it up yet as I've been busy with other projects but I'm really looking forward to tackling it and I'm sure UK Water Features will help me if I have any problems!

Unfortunately the 1st water feature arrived damaged. Customer service was helpful in arranging a collection and sending a replacement but this took a further 10days to arrive. The 2nd water feature was relatively straightforward to setup although the instructions could be a little better. The solar panel needs full sunshine to operate the water pumps, so you definitely need the battery as well.

Good floating solar pump for a small water feature. It arrived quickly, was ready to go as soon as it's unpacked - and performs really well. Very happy with the product - and with the choice of nozzles - it's been a very easy solution to having a small outdoor fountain in a small ceramic bowl that you can install and leave more or less to it's own devices (but just ensure it has enough water to run the pump!).
