AVOID -Visited the cafe after shopping in store with family, then hit with a £100 parking fine. Cannot recommend.

COUNTER AT MEMBERSHIP!! I got served by a very generous man called Brain, he’s very lovely and understandable staff member. He helped me and me dad on the renewal process and explained for us what we needed to know🥰.However, there was two ladies one of them called Nadine and the other was wearing a black glasses and had the messy bun hairstyle. Me and me dad absolutely did not like how she spoke to us in an unmannered way and told us that she will go and help others while we decide our mind!! We were first in the line where she tried to avoid us😐 staff members should be nice to customers and help them no matter what that was absolutely ridiculous Costco!!!

Amazing staff here - it's very busy but helpful, friendly staff mean this hectic experience is made much easier! Ladies on the customer service desk are the best! Keeping calm and collected whilst managing gigantic queues. Fab team at this Costco

Always a treat for the eyes.. love love love. Where else can I get a Giant Killer Clown, half a river of Salmon and fruit cake that will put on a stone by Xmas lol! 😆

Was very busy today just after 1700hrs. Managed to get what I needed. Daughters love there red velvet cake and pretzels. Line for roasted chicken was down to veg fridge. Line for pizza slice was busy too.

During weekend it is very busy here including petrol station ( unless you are here during early hours ) But overall big shop with plenty to chose from. I believe they should stop with VERY EARLY XMAS decoration season as they start it in July !

Ok for a costco. Most staff seemed a little fed up, though one man at the till was helpful and friendly!. Shelves were stocked well. No bins in car park though which leaves a lot of rubbish lying around. Cafe was fine.

Great for bulk items, also really great food trays if you are throwing a party for cold food, they also now do a fantastic selection of hot food choices that can be reheated at home. There Christmas wreaths and ornaments are in already. Lots of tasting stations to keep young children entertained.

Very good place specially to get quality vegetables and fruits and the other products are also good but they maintain a good quality and quantity and prices with their fruits and vegetable

ACTUALLY PLEASANT! Most of the Costco's in this country are painful to shop at, especially the one up the road in Haydock (which I hate!). Car parking is a nightmare, long queues for everything & terrible customer service. But the one here at Liverpool Waterloo Road doesn't have any of those problems. When I went; the car park was easy to get in and out of. The queues to get in were non-existent and the wait to buy food and shopping were very short. The staff were very professional and helpful, there's even a dedicated cleaner at the café area, which is something you don't see everyday. This is a pleasant surprise and it makes a massive difference to the overall shopping experience. Maybe I came on a quiet day, who knows? But overall, 5 stars for Costco Liverpool!

Costco is one my favourite Wholesale store with a wide range of products at good prices. They have a good and friendly staff. I recommend it for anyone who wants to join the Costco club.

Got everything we needed at good prices. Toaster with kettle , meat, and super strong bin bags. 1 star less as no trolly but minimal wait at the till. All good

Don't go payday weekend, over flow parking was full and you have to hunt for a trolley. But staff ate friendly enough and shelves are always full stocked

Extremely busy when we went on Saturday but still managed to find a parking space. Christmas decorations in store now and some beautiful items available. Winter coats now also on sale and good value. Staff extremely helpful as usual. Cannot fault the staff at all, always helpful no matter which department they are from. Girls on the tills always have a smile on their faces and happily have a quick chat while serving you. Petrol and diesel prices are always cheaper here which is such a relief and definitely makes it worthwhile paying out for membership as you get the money back with what you save at the pump. Definitely an all round win win with Costco. 5 🌟 rating from me.

Costco is Costco, and that means great prices and quality products. I'm visiting from the US and was excited to see the variety of items available at the Liverpool store. The staff was friendly and welcoming, as always. I noticed a few differences from the US stores. First, they don't offer coffee grinding, which was slightly inconvenient. Second, the food court doesn't serve water or chili flakes. However, they do have a wider variety of pizza toppings than the US stores, and they also offer a double chicken sandwich, which is amazing! Overall, I had a positive experience at Costco Liverpool. Incredibly unhelpful on the phone when you ring up. Karen just hung up on me when I was explaining that we couldn't order a cake as we have an American card. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Very unhelpful.

I regularly use this costa today was disappointing they were only using take away cups for drinks although there were plenty on the coffee machine and 3 staff on, food served in containers not plates and the staff had a discussion on whether I should have a proper knife or a plastic one to butter my toasted tea cake, so after telling my sister what a nice costa it was

Better check your receipt after you pay. I have been over charged twice. Display show one price and I have been charged £15 more than the display price( fault advertisement). When I asked the supervisor lady she said this is not their fault if you don’t want we can refund it she said. This is not fair if I don’t check the receipt I could end up with £15 lost for one item. I know not every people check their receipt but I don’t know how many people had been rip-off from this place.

All household needs are available at Costco delicious pastries, fresh food, fruits and vegetables which are really good. All baby products are there. tech savvy will find a section for computers, TVs and printers and much more. Housewives might spend all day long picking endless number of items from clothes to food and even jewellery. A must go store.

There is always a lot to like in a Costco, the big aisles, the huge variety of items, and the chance of buying in bulk, saving some money in the long run. The only issue have is with the checkouts, I wish they replaced two of their tills, with a bunch of checkout self-service ones. They could have at least eight self-service tills in the same space, by far reducing the horrible queues that you find in peak times (and non pick times too..).

I joined today. The staff are amazing so polite and very helpful. We didn't spend much. But it nice to have wonder in friendly shop. No pressure to buy anything.

Excellent shop meat is amazing full of taste more expensive than supermarkets but 1 million times best it actually has taste in it. Toilet rolls are so much better and the kitchen roll you really do only need 1 sheet

Love this place, loads of bargains if you only buy what you want! However, you always end up buying more. Great choice if electrical goods and fresh food too
