Good selection, multiple items bought out of date, couple of toys bought lasted minutes, broken dryer left dog leaving wet (still charged us, albeit discounted), sometimes very nice staff, sometimes not. I did notify the shop of the out of date treats, 3 times in fact, they were never labelled. I brought 1 toy back - got an argument!

Always well stocked with various pet friendly items. The staff that work there are always polite with a good amount of knowledge if you need help with any pet related questions you may have. Fast efficient service provided. All in all I would use this shop again and recommend to friends and family if asked what this pet shop is like to purchase any pet products needed 😊🌟A🌟😊

What a place! I was after a new parrot cage and the staff were more than helpful. They had a great catalogue to choose from. I ordered the one I was after and within 4 days the cage was ready for me to collect, already assembled which really helped me out. Cheers

Found this little gem of a pet store, it is full of wonderful treats for your pets, been here a couple of times, both times have been served by the same member of staff (tall, dark hair, glasses) I have tried to have conversation with him but he has no interest and does not interact, maybe we have caught him on a bad day (twice), won't put us off though

Excellent selection of dog toys, treats, supplies. You name it, they've got it. Took my Springer into get a bath, great enclosed area with use of shampoos and sprays. 5/5 Will definitely come back again
