I want to say a very big thank you to the 21 year old guy ( sorry didn't get your name) who blew the balloons up for my mum in laws 90th birthday today! I was very emotional and he took time out to talk to me and empathise with me . What a truly lovely young man. Your employer should be proud of you.

I love this shop its great for a bargain and a cup of tea, coffee or just a juice and a bite to eat with a chat. The staff are very friendly and helpful also the outside gardens for all kinds of products inside is laden with lots of different types of products very clean aisles. I found it very reasonable priced and I will continue to shop there,I would recommend this store to anyone.

Decent size store and cafe. Good selection of products including the garden centre outside. The only thing that lets it down is the staff. Unpleasant, rude and no manners on the till. I came in yesterday, unloaded my trolly and the lady was just scanning all my items before I’ve reached the end to pack. No greeting, just rushed to scan my items. Once she’s done that, didn’t even give me time to pack and gave me the total and asked card or cash. While doing all of this she continued a personal conversation with one of the other members of staff. I just think that in its self is very unprofessional and rude. Once I’d paid for my items and them still being all at the end of the till counter as I was still packing, she proceeded to scan the next customers items and just pushing them down to where my items where. I’ve worked in retails for 10+ years and manners don’t cost anything.

Love this branch as so big compared to others. Halloween and Christmas is the best time to go as fabulous selection of decorations for both events. Only down side, Till staff need to be more friendly.

Just great value and choice. Today I just popped in for cat food. Now the cats are well stocked and purring.

It's massive! General store is huge, the garden centre is huge and then the warehouse food store is huge. Make a list of what you need, it could cost you a fortune, but at bargain prices. There is also an in-house cafe, food and drinks at very reasonable prices.

It's Christmas eve, eve and with many of the shelves stopped of their bargains it was still possible to find plenty more, plus the way the staff, especially those on the tills, handled the constant pressure from exhausted shoppers wanting home as quickly as possible was little short of exemplary. Ready smiles and happy faces made the wait at the checkouts worth it, that and the bargains.

Fantastic store! Travelled from Manchester but well worth the trip. There were a few items on my shopping list that I didn’t manage to get but overall there is a huge range of products & items to choose from at great prices. Definitely worth a visit 😊

Best deals on bargain shopping. A Daewoo electric heater with a power of 2000w for 12 pounds is simply unbelievable.

“I recently purchased a garden world from Home Bargains, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. This garden world has transformed my outdoor space into a stunning oasis. The design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, with ample space for various plants and flowers. The quality of the materials used in the construction of the garden world is impressive. It feels sturdy and durable, ensuring that it will withstand different weather conditions. The assembly process was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. What I particularly love about this garden world is its versatility. It offers a great balance of sun and shade, making it suitable for a wide range of plants. The raised beds provide easy access for planting, weeding, and harvesting, which is a great convenience. Additionally, the garden world has added a sense of tranquility to my outdoor space. It’s a peaceful haven where I can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The design elements, such as the decorative accents and the overall layout, create a welcoming atmosphere that I simply adore. Overall, I highly recommend the garden world by Home Bargains. It’s a fantastic addition to any garden or outdoor area, offering a delightful blend of functionality and aesthetics. With its high-quality construction and versatile design, it has truly enhanced my gardening experience. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.” I hope this review captures the essence of a wonderful garden world by Home Bargains! Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with.

Love this store it’s the head office store so you know it has all the good stuff in first is always stocked well and is super huge! Usually in this store a few times a month today was a mid week day time visit which is quieter than weekends and evenings with lots of staff around plenty of tills on and it seemed lots of ‘head office’ type staff mooching round making plans. This store is always clean tidy and well stocked. The staff are easy to find and always helpful. Tills are always opened quickly when needed and even thou this store can and does get very busy your never waiting long in a queue to check out. If I had to find one niggle about this store it would be the car park could be bigger and have more disability spaces it’s ok at the minute since jacks went but if that store opens as something else then the car park will become annoying again. But this is a real stretch to find something wrong with this site. The outdoor plant area is well kept and often looks better than most garden centres the flowers are well maintained. The cafe doesn’t seem to be very popular it’s never got more than a few people in so it’s either super efficient and people are in and out quick or for me the lack of choice on the menu deters me from stopping but the smell of fresh toast across the shop especially weekend mornings is comforting

Popped in when was in Liverpool so much choice and well merchandised. I actually didn't know there were cafes attached to some of the Homebargains stores. I had a lovely fresh wrap with a cup of tea for only £2.75. Ideal to pop in before or after your shopping. Fab friendly staff and clean throughout. Will be keeping an eye out for any in Northern Ireland.

Everything you need under one roof, I prefer this store to others in the area as it is always well stocked.

Just love home and bargains. OK, you can't always count on getting the brands you want but boy do they have some fantastic buys. A sample of what was on offer today: vegan cold pressed fruit and nut chocolate brownies for 99p, vegan Taveners gelatin free wine gums for 59p and lentil chips 100g for 69p, Marmite 250g £3 and Colliers Celtic mature cheddar cheese 350g for £1.79. The only problem your going to have is coming out with far more stuff than you intended. But you'd be daft not to

Best H&B around. Holds more stock than most... as it should since the warehouse is next door! Opens later than the rest and its really quiet of an evening. Staff are always helpful.

No drinks machine or drivers waiting room whilst tipping although they do have a toilet at the rear of the security check in desk.

Do you ever really need anything from Home and Bargains??? Their selection is great and there are always plenty of staff around tidying and stacking shelves. The store is always clean and tidy when I go. I love they've added a new fresh food section now selling fresh produce - was a nice surprise.

Brilliant, the little garden centre exquisite, they even water the plants so they don't die. Wake up other supermarkets, your stupid!

After changing everything around I think it's made the store less appealing, why change a winning formula? It's that badly set out I've just stopped using this home bargains

I personally really like this home bargains, it's big, which means it has a lot of aisles and a lots of various products. It has a cafe, although haven't actually tried the cafe as of yet, they do fresh bakery items in here and they also have toilets in the cafe if needed. I think the store is relatively easy to get to and there is a big car park outside as it's part of a retail park, the spaces are quite tight but it's not too bad.

Great home bargains Have been looking for the soft Teddy material pumpkins and finally found mine here! Stopped for something to eat in the cafe after a long shop. Was slightly disappointed that half the menu, which was still being advertised wasn't available. Due to dietary needs it ment I couldn't have anything else that was "available" However my sister and mum enjoyed what they got. Even though this is a big store, I personally don't think they allow enough members of staff to be on the tills at once. The lines were long and they only had 3 open.

This must be the biggest home bargains Iv ever seen! Right next to the home bargains warehouse. Great choice for anything you need but does get busy! I recommend going early in the morning to browse without loads of people. Car park is small for the shops that are there pretty much full on a Saturday afternoon.
