Nice quiet, calm place. Almost like a library for wallpaper and tiles. Didn't speak to any staff directly but they seem nice and polite and helpful. Lots to choose from, great prices. Going to pick from the design samples I took and definitely buy from there 👍🏻

I have had to resort to posting here as your so called "customer service" have told me they cannot do anything only you can authorise it. Have the professionalism to reply.

Why don't you have the toilets, sinks and baths you sell to see online? When I go to your store there are no prices on any of these items either. Frustrating when you want no hassle, just to look and price up things.

Had some tiles ordered for a bathroom due for delivery 20th April, from another supplier. Currently on holiday in turkey and get a call that they were no longer in stock. Called Al Murad, spoke to Ben, sorted it immediately. He sourced the same tiles for the same price and had them available the same day. Called me back the following day to confirm all was okay as he knew I was on holiday. Great service .

Dont tell you, you only have 28 days to return your unused wallpaper, don't offer a refund or credit. My decorator had to self isolate, but that didn't seem to matter either, now I have a roll of wallpaper that's useless. Very poor.
