A Bosch dishwasher was ordered yesterday at a very competitive price. Powerpoint Appliances Ltd. was chosen, as I have used them a few times before. The staff are extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful, and the item was delivered today, as promised, and installed very efficiently. A further example of why I would not hesitate to use this company again, nor would I fail to recommend them to others. Well done!

PowerPoint were able to meet our requirements for a top mount fridge freezer that met the measurements of our limited space. Ordered and delivered on time, delivery team were excellent in manoeuvring the unit into the very tight space available. Only thing missing was the special spanner required to adjust the feet. One call to the store and to see if they had one... unfortunately no, but they arranged for manufacturer to post one out. Excellent service all round. Thanks everyone.

Bought a gas cooker from Powerpoint April 2021 and would like to say a HUGE thank you to Ian and Simon for all their great/honest advice and no hard sell - they were so patient with us (as we're very indecisive) and we couldn't be happier with the cooker and the equally brilliant fitters who took the time to show us everything we needed to know about our new cooker. Purchased/delivered and installed within 2 days. Fantastic local company and will definitely use them again.

Simon and delivery team have literally saved my life today! I made mistake of ordering machine from well known national company and waited in all day for delivery. When delivered it was damaged and drivers took it away leaving me with no machine or help to get replacement. Phoned Powerpoint in panic as I need new machine right now to wash clothes for work. A new machine was delivered to me within 3 hours of my phonecall and the day was saved! Thank you guys. I won't go anywhere else now.

Absolutely fantastic service; I'll explain why. We needed a plumbed-in fridge freezer which was to go in a chimney breast with limited height - also our hallway is very narrow. Tony called round to measure up everything. He phoned to tell us that he had managed to find one that that met all the specs we were looking for. The price was very competitive. Unfortunately for them, fitting it involved a lot of effort, including removing a fence panel, as the only option was to bring it through the back, removing the doors from the fridge and then refitting them, in order to get the fridge through the back door. The fridge was plumbed in, filter installed and fence panel and fridge doors refitted. Tony and Gary were very careful not to mark the new flooring too. They took the old fridge away, along with all the packaging from the new one. We're delighted. After seeing what was involved here, I'm so glad I didn't order one online, as I would have been left with the nightmare of having the appliance stuck outside the house or returned. Some things are best left to the experts, especially with what I felt was a very reasonable fitting charge. I won't go anywhere else for appliances from now on, as the service here is first class. I also ordered a toaster through Powerpoint and, when it arrived, the price was a lot cheaper than the RRP quoted by them. Thank you so much for your thoroughly helpful and professional service.

I have bought all of my washing , refridgerator appliances from this place for over 20 years however I shall not be returning. Tony and Ian you need to train your staff in how to talk politely to a customer ... I went in to enquire about a tumble dryer ( would have been my 3rd one off them ) but was greeted with such rudeness . I have bought a brand new dryer from AO and the service was superb. I have done my best to look after the lical business. Even paid a bit morw but never again shall I enter 190 Rake Lane ... so sad
