Travelling from Yorkshire for the 80th on saturday took a lot longer than anticipated. Once we finally arrived around 8.45 we were served our drinks. We had a lovely time and went to the bar for one last drink after the dj had announced last orders at 11.20. The shutters were pulled down. My friends daughter spoke to what I can only describe as a very confrontational blonde lady who insisted the shutters were pulled down at 11.30 We stayed talking for a while longer. The blonde lady approached our table at around 11.45 in a very aggressive manner telling us the staff were paid until 11. 30 which contradicts what the family had been originally told, which was 12 o'clock. We proceeded to leave. The said blonde lady then approached my friends daughter, in a confrontational way and told her to check her watch against the bar clock. This was totally unnecessary and caused some upset for me as she was shouting after us and in my opinion very aggressive. I had traveled far to celebrate with my friend, only to be left feeling anxious as I live in a small village and not used to hearing such confrontation . I'm not sure who this lady was, manager or staff, but her customer service was appalling! I hope her boss see this and deals with her appropriately!!!!

Went here to a party for the first time yesterday and discovered a fabius function room on the first floor. Staff were excellent.

Had the function room for a wedding just perfect great night lovely staff

Had a fabulous time here at a friend's 40th birthday party. Great atmosphere, lovely rooms and great prices for your drinks. Highly recommend.

Terrible wi fi some people can get it some can't. Don't seem to want to get it sorted out once and for all. Great club otherwise very reasonable prices and nice people
