Went on holiday to Blackpool, brought a watch from beaverbrooks from a sales colleague called Jennifer, such an amazing experience and a very lovely lady who served us. Couldn't have been more well looked after by staff and a very easy process of purchase

Really upset with these .iv been waiting for this sale and been watching this particular ring and the sale came ..only to see it at the same price but with a sale price of what they retail for ,,,if i seen that retail at the price they say it could be worth no one would even look cause that could never be sold for more than double the price ,,, never going back...just scamming the rich and making the poor go poorer

We took an inherited watch to be looked at for more info, price etc and Simon was so very helpful, went above and beyond to get us all the info we needed, websites, pointed out a repair it needed and how much roughly this would be to fix. Absolute diamond geezer!

I purchased an Omega watch and this had to be forwarded on. I was slightly nervous about this, and it was delivered on the day and time stipulated. The service was exceptional from start to finish. All staff were professional and attentive.

The chap who served us named (Ben) went out of his way to help us. Arranged for the ring to be resized and sent to me through the post.. The entire experience was top notch and very professional. Took my watch in for a replacement battery and was sent off with an ETA of 5 weeks for return. 12 days later I get a text to say it’s ready for collection. Nicely presented and good price for replacement. Friendly staff and great service. Very pleased with thanks
