I would rate this a 0 star but unable to, not only was I ushered to a different side of the store by a rather patronising member of staff, i was then followed round the shop by her standing at every corner i walked down with a grin on her face making me feel rather uncomfortable. I felt that uncomfortable that I put my items back and have taken my purchase else where (JD Sports) will not be returning to be treated like a criminal.

Good place for shopping in the heart of the Vancouver Quarter, in Kings Lynn. Several other shops, including food, snack and drinks can be found nearby, therefore it's a great option to visit on a day-off, weekend, bank holiday, or in general when you looking for a specific sport item: clothing, shoes, active wear, etc.

Pathetic, clueless staff. No “how can I help you?” or manners whatsoever. Stood for 10 minutes in line with a dozen other people while the ONE person serving dealt with ONE persons problem or refund. We had to leave, nothing was happening. Two employees stood near the escalator doing nothing of great importance, jump on the cashier until the line has gone down! The music could annoy the dead too. Stop employing under 30s, they have no idea about customer service.

It resembles a 21st century jumble sale. It's the staff I feel for. No job security and awful pay.

Very slow service not the fault of the staff Just bad management.

Really good shop. Good prices and helpful staff. It's just a bit full. My wife is in a wheelchair and we found it a bit hard to get around

The attendants were nice and helpful but, they seemed to be overwhelmed with short number of staff and a confusing computer system. But it was a good experience overall.

Just love going into Sports direct' You just know you will find what you want. It helps that the staff are friendly and really helpful 😀 .

Not too busy, great range of products, Game store is inside too. Got what we needed.

Always great to shop here, they've got great clothes and the staff are always helpful, plus, I got 4 badminton rackets, shuttlecocks, a net and the stands for £20 in the sale! Great shop,love it.

A decent size store and friendly helpful staff

Poor service spent over hundred pounds on football boots asked for size brought it over then walked off I then had to lace both boots and the cashier was trying on coats

Assistant was extremely rude and unhelpful! Couldn't be bothered to speak no please no thankyou! The range on the shelves was awful when asked if they had the size I needed. The Assistant shrugged shoulders no vocal responses at all! Disgusted will not be using sports direct kings lynn again

Big store. Large range of stock. Staff helpful.

No problems with this store , it's not cheaper than anywhere else in my opinion but everything is set out nicely, easy to find products. I recommend having a look because you can find some bargains. They sell everything from boxing gloves to kids trainers and everything inbetween. They have a sports sale right now. Go check it out.
