Iv bought evee edition for £160 I came today u to sort my charger situation would but now the right joy con is stuck in drift not happy with the woman attitude at the cash till plus told me yesterday they didn't have a spare nintendo official charger and today she magic come with a nintendo switch charger try it and not try the £3 charger what came with the switch and before I could tell her about drifted she kept telling me to go to Ash decide to go to Ash as I was going lose my rag with her but Ash couldn't help me with the charger situation telling me to buy a official nintendo charger iv took it to game and they said drift I'm not happy iv had buy myself new official charger at £26 as u gave me a not official charger what only cost u £3.99 & new joycons at £65 not happy iv had to buy with no money will be taken u to consumer right act I thought I had 3month on receipt to fetch back with a fault this 2 faults

Not sure what issues other people have had, but in my experience the staff have been unfailingly helpful and courteous. Have bought some excellent guitars and camera gear from them over the years, with no problems whatsoever.

Can be a bit hit and miss with items purchased here, some have been great, others not so much. Pricing can also be up and down, must say it was a lot better many years ago with old staff.

Sell stuff all time and get good prices better than cash converters by miles, infact am taking mh chain back in now and i will be in am out in mims happy

I bought my son a tablet for Xmas from here the staff were amazing and very accommodating considering the pandemic it was very much appreciated especially as it first time I have bought anything electronic without physically seeing the product but it's his favourite present xx

The most unpleasant experience. I bought a party system and when I arrived home I noticed that the charger its broken didn't even used. When I returned a day after they told me with arrogant attitude that I broked and I can,t return . It,s a waiste of money never gonna buy from there again. 😡🤬🤬

Some really nice staff i have sold a lot of items to this store. But now theres a manager with blonde hair whos is just utter vile. She tell you she doesnt buy items that they clearly sell. She also thinks its ok to give people stupid prices. Excuse was your account isnt in good standing i.e you dont buy your stuff back very often. The whole point in a buy back is if you dont buy it back the shop can sell your item to recoupe the money plus extra profits. A lady brought a £220 tv. She was told they pay 50% of the selling price. The selling price in store was around £180. She then started to mumbo jumbo her words and said and i quote...ohhhh your account isnt good so i can only offer you 60% of the £90 i would offer you...... £50.... this is something that would sell at £180 on the shop floor ..... i personally thought that she was purely ripping this lady off..... Just avoid this shop if you dont sell to them then eventually they will go out of business or sack the stupid lady manager.... This is not pointed at all staff.... has there is some reasonable staff and some really great staff..... no names mentioned but i no of 3 out of the team of around 6 to 7. I mention this as an example has the lady clearly needed some funds she seemed like she had children at home and that she could of done with the help of the funds. But that manager took advantage of this women and that is morally wrong. If your selling anything of value go to cash convertors. I must say they are more polite and certainly alot more reasonable and they dont take too much of an advantage. I get all shops need to make money but they have to consider people are selling there belongings to fund hard times this is no reason to take the piss out of them. Sack that blonde hair manager and do us all a favour....

Lovely little place with great finds. Give good prices for items when skint and can buy back if you want. Staff lovely and friendly and welcoming.
