Long line of customers and additional cashiers were paged. Employees, for the most part, are eager to help and friendly. Prices are decent. Selection is good. Store is clean. Bought a tent to use as a dog house. I would not recommend the brand of tent I bought for a human. Rain cover does not protect opening.

Went in for my husband to get some water resistant shirts for his job at the water plant. It was great to see they had a wide range to choose from. Starting with long sleeved and sleeveless. The prices varied from brand to brand from $14.99- $45.00. I also found Liquid IV water mix that helps rehydrate me when I take my medicine. I found it at register. I will have to go back to see if they have other flavors.

Amazing customer service. Purchased a pair of expensive sunglasses ($300) that started to delaminate on the inside of the lens within 60 days of my purchase. Academy allowed me to exchange for a brand new pair, no questions ask. Highly recommended making important purchases at Academy, they look out for their customers!

Staff was nice and friendly. I had a bit of trouble finding a few things amd the youth soccer cleats were very limited but I'm overall pleased with our visit. The staff are very hard working.

Cashier was above and beyond.. he was in a wheelchair; exceptional service and knew his store. Check all purchases n noticed 1 shoe was a different size than the other. Corrected and I love the shoes too.

The store was clean and cashiers were friendly and nice. Items were easily found, IF they had it. There really aren't complaints, the store was good as were the workers - My gripe is this, (and cashiers at the store stated in not the only one who has this gripe, and some of the cashiers have the same issue as well)....... It's a sports store, and this one happens to be in GA, just 45 miles North of Atlanta. Why in the world do you not carry more GA Tech items than what you do? Ga Tech being located IN Atlanta, and you can't even carry a home team, ( well scarcely any). I expect to see GA Dawgs there, (although I'm not a fan).... but there was more Bama, Clemson, NC & Gators merch than our own state. I went there to purchase Ga Tech merch for the grandkids - I walked out with nothing for them. They had a few adult shirts and 1 style of shorts and that was IT! Those other teams though, from infant to adult sizes, from socks, to cups, to lanyards, to stickers. How truly disappointing 😞.

I love shopping at the store. It’s always clean and neat. We can find shoes for adults without any problems. I do wish they had a better selection on kids specially girls, outerwear, tennis shoes and things like that. Their selection is not very big at all.

I mostly only shop here for shoes, sneakers specifically. They have a pretty decent selection of Brooks, I found the pair I wanted. Staff were a bit thin in the shoe department; A customer had the poor associate tied up with a long narrative about her finances, I had to interrupt to make my purchase and get back to work. Even as the young lady politely tried to excuse herself, the woman kept on going, like, really lady?? Anywho…the store is tidy and the floor plan is comfortable, the staff has always been super-friendly and helpful, and they usually have what I need.

This is a well stocked and layed out store. They have a huge selection of athletic shoes, outdoor and camping supplies. We had multiple people ask if they could help us. I would recommend this location.

Got a $15 dollar discount for signing up for their god forsaken archaic credit card. Missed the payment date by a few days and got charged $30 dollars and interest. They only bothered to call me (otherwise informed me zilch) that I missed my payment a week ago, and then the calls started pouring in. Gee, would have been nice to get a reminder you were going to hit me with a late fee. After haggling with the customer service they chopped that in half by $15, so after all that hassle and hit on my credit score I got no discount at all lol. Great thanks

I was buying for a 4H experience for my grandson. The customer service representatives are very knowledgeable and precise. They sold me what was most appropriate for our needs, not the most expensive. I am very grateful that they put the customer needs first and are so very considerate.

Online showed stock in two different things we went for. The most important one of course they didn't have it all because they are on sale so they were out of stock. The hand grip that we were looking for was finally found but it was not where it belonged and the only one in the store despite online saying that there were multiple ones. However the staff was very attentive and helped us find the things that we were looking for or helped us discover that they were out of stock. Very friendly clean store just low in stock

Bought a pellet smoker grill. It was preassembled and the staff took it to the register and loaded it into my truck for me. Everyone I talked with was very courteous and friendly. I got a military discount and a free bag of wood pellets with my purchase. I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely shop here again.

They have so much in this store it's amazing. They have sporting equipment for all of the major spots. They also have clothes and shoes, the Columbia brand is amazing. I have trouble not purchasing a new hat every time I got into this store. They also have an amazing section for Grilling. They have charcoal and pellets, they also have everything you need to prepare you meat. Meat thermometers, injectors, butcher paper, and so much more. All of this and I have not mentioned fishing, kayaking, hunting, coolers, camping, and more. If you need anything, you should check here first. The quantity and quality are hard to believe.

Great place for hunting and fishing gear, they have lots of clothing options like sports wear, a wide variety of tennis shoes, running shoes and boots, they sell canoes and kayaks, grills, firearms such as a wide variety of pistols and rifles, and any type of camping gear you could possibly imagine.

the zipper of a coat I bought there broke weeks after I purchased it. They took it back but the person doing the transaction was not pleasant. disappointing attitude.

This place messed up our order three times. Each time costing us more money. Two pairs of Camo PJs, with the sale going on should have only cost around $15, instead, we ended up paying close to $40. They messed up our order and ripped us off and will never get our business again

They seemed to be out of a lot of shoe sizes which, in my opinion is not their fault. Supply chain problems, blah blah blah......but I ended up finding what I needed at a good price and even found a few things I didn't need but bought anyway!

Its hit or miss whether or not the checkout is backed up. Weve walked out after waiting >30 mins with 6 people in front of us. They have a good variety of items and they price match, so we just try to go when it's not busy.
