Took my Niece and daughter since school was out for winter break for a quick bite to eat. They played in the play area, got them each Happy meals. Trent the cashier was really cool. In the play area a gate was open in the back and kids were playing hide and seek in an area they could get hurt, so when i mentioned it to him he quickly came over and secured the door with some string until he could get the door fixed the next day.. Kuddos for that, and the prompt attention.

You guys always and I mean always for the past 4 years seem to hire the worst person ever to be front and center so glad that short lady isn’t the manager anymore . They are always angry , not friendly , snappy and rude and that’s not just this experience ! I’ve bitten my tongue enough but your employee today just about did me in . I waited on the parking lot for 4 minutes while your employee was making out with his gf/wife before I inched into the only parking spot available next to them . Due to the car door wide open and their tongues down each others throat I could only pull in halfway to the spot . After another minute I tapped the horn maybe they didn’t see or hear the car pull in and this guy whips around with pure hatred in his eyes/ face . I gently motioned can you close the door just a little bit no he gave me an even dirtier face than before. He then proceeded to still make out with the girl in the car , out of his shear audacity after 20 seconds more I honked again just kindly asking him to close the door just a little . The audacity of this kid to continue making out with the lady having me have to park crooked . Then he stares me down the whole way getting out the car to walking inside the restaurant, made sure to turn back around and give me another angry glance as if I was the one at fault?once inside he keeps looking over at us with a huge smug grin and then turning it into a ugly frown scare tactic face . The whole time he kept looking over at me and my daughter with this dead eye angry face then smirk and walk away. When half our order came and he called it 5 times I proceeded to tell him that’s only half we are waiting on the rest to witch he made me repeat myself three times with that a mug face every time , till I said ‘ I said what I said you heard it we are waiting on another order’ to witch he gave that same snug look then ugly face and smiled then laughed and walked away then turned once more and gave that same intimidating look (to be honest it wasn’t it was more scary the fact that he did this from the start like he gets away with things all the time and doesn’t care.) hopefully the manager sees this it’s the kid with the bowl hair cut, older red car came in to do the cashier front register around 6:30 .I would of told the manager but they were interviewing someone at the time, and this kid just seemed off his freaking rocker with the tactics he was choosing to display so openly at his job of all places.

Ordered a Double fillet of Fish Sandwich! (PLAIN)!!!!!!! HAD TO HAND IT BACK 4 TIMES BEFORE THEY FIXED IT CORRECTLY!!! AND IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THEY CAN'T GET A SIMPLE ORDER CORRECT!! PLAIN MEANS: 2 FISH PATTIES AND A BUN!! AND I HAD TO EXPLAIN JUST WHAT PLAIN MEANS! UNTRAINED AND INCOMPETENT TO COMPLETE A ORDER!! MY FAULT FOR GOING BACK!!! ASKED FOR A MANAGER BUT NO ONE CAME FORWARD TO ASSIST!! TRY WENDY'S! FAST SERVICE AND CORRECT ORDERS!! SORRY RONALD! TRADING YOU FOR A GIRL!! SO STOP CLOWNING AROUND WITH THE CUSTOMERS!!

I only come here for breakfast and the food is always good but one of the employees stole my card information. Had charges at a Kroger that I don’t even live by. Even months later after getting a new card, they are still trying to use the old one (I get notifications) so if you come to this McDonald’s, please use cash or watch closely

So me and my boyfriend came here for a nice meal around 10:40. We did the mobile order and we used curbside pick up. WE WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD! Mc Donald’s I can tell you right now to hire new better staff because those kids who NEVER graduated high school are very lazy!!! We know our food was already done your employees didn’t wanted to take it out to our car. When we ate our food it was cold!!! Your employees only care about their money than their customers… NEVER WILL BE BACK!!!

I travel around the ATL area and have been to this location twice now. Both times they had better customer service than any other place I’ve been since moving here. The staff is SO friendly, the food is hot and fresh and the coffee is great. It is honestly super refreshing after having not-so-great service at other local places. Keep up the great work.

My wife asked me to get her a fish meal and she said it taste great no complaints drive way didn’t go In store kitchen was clean the bun was soft and the fish was well cooked

Pretty good. Accurate order and food was 4 out of 5. The service was a little slow but the staff was nice. The traffic moved steadily and customers seemed pleased. Tried the new QPC smokey BLT and really liked it, recommended it to 4 people who all liked it as well.

The people there are so nice. I love their fish filet best

Love the new play place & that a worker helped me with my food to the table since I was toating 2 kids.

Ariel Was so kind and professional at the window. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my children order was correct as well as hot and fresh she’s the bomb

Fresh food and play place was a bonus. The lady who cleans the play room was exceptionally nice which is why they get a 5 star.

Loved their fries and the honey mustard chicken sandwich.

I come every morning for coffee just to see Mrs. Danielle and Charlie! The whole crew is awesome and efficient but those two always set the tone for my day, their smiles and happy energy is inspirational with my coffee!

I ordered 2 breakfast means and 2 mocha frappes they said they had to refill the machine for the 2 frappes and for me to pull around and then never brought them out. I had to pull through the drive threw again 15 minutes later to get the drinks.
