I placed an order at 6:42pm today, it is 8:00pm and the tracker says that my order was delivered and is complete but I did not receive anything. I called the store to let them know and they’re trying to tell me that their tracker shows that the driver came to my location…but he never came to my door, never rang my doorbell and wasn’t captured on my front door camera making any delivery. The store manager said that they would have to remake my order and so I asked for an approximate time that I would receive my order, he said “as fast as they could make it” and hang up on me. I will NEVER order from this place again.

My initial delivery was pleasant and timely. The only problem was they made the chicken bites wrong (even the receipt stated no bacon - I’m allergic). The first driver said he would call it in and have a new one sent out immediately. I even tipped him $10 (on a $30 order). My mistake was that I paid cash. Long story short, it took another 75 minutes to get the replacement. Needless to say, it was cold when it arrived. I called and asked for a manager just for him to make excuses. If I had paid with a card, I could’ve at least asked for a credit. He pretty much said too bad since I had paid cash. Needless to say I will not do business with this store again!

Whoever cut this pizza did a horrible job, and then they hung up on me when I called to let them know. Real professional 👍

My online pizza order was ready on time, and the customer service was great! No complaints at this time.

By far the worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time at this location. I was hung up on by a employee at this location while talking. Wasn't rude or anything. Cooperate needs to reevaluate their employees.

Pizza was “ready”, 40 minutes go by…call the store…wait 10 minutes for answer. Person on the phone says 40-50 minute delivery time. Order canceled f dominos

The Domino's on Austell Powder Springs Road burns mostly everything we order. I just received two sandwiches that aren't worth eating. The Bread Twists are extra crispy.

Closed and locked the door right in our face ,I guess because we pulled up in a sprinter van and it was like 45 min to close and the Open sign light was still on, on the door!!! Plus the sign which tell their hour's ,they really had about one and half hours left until closed.

I have ordered here 4 times in 4 years, and every single time there has been an issue. I have had wrong orders show up after several hours of waiting for my delivery, and they refuse to make it right. Only provide “points for another pizza” that expire in 3 weeks. This last time was the final straw. The order stayed expected delivery in 25-30 minutes, but instead took over an hour and a half. I watched the driver on GPS leave the store, received text notification he was in my neighborhood, watched as he drove passed my neighborhood to another location about 2 miles away where he sat for over a half hour. When our food finally got to us, the pizza had raw dough and was inedible. I emailed customer service as well as filled out an online form, but again like the last 3 times, have received no response back. This is the last time I’ll order anything from Domino’s since they don’t seem to care about customer experience.

I just spent 35.00 on a bag of dough. This is the worst pizza I ever had, the hand tossed. I called to the store lady answers the phone, hestitated when I asked for her name, responded and said Dominoes. When I asked for the manager she stated I am the manager I said and you don’t know your name so this is why this pizza is garbage. Horrible food and horrible service. Let’s see how the owner feels about this
