This place is phenomenal! Dr. Choi is great! Very knowledgeable, patient and explains everything so well. What I liked more about this practice is that there is very little to non wait time. Definitely my new dental practice 👍🏻

my visit was quick, complete, and efficient. Dr. Choi was very kind and made sure to explain everything, and ensured I was given the opportunity to ask any questions. Maria did a wonderful job as well and made me feel very comfortable at my first visit here. This is the most positive experience I have ever had with a dentist and will be returning to Buford Family Dental.

The very 1st time I came here I didn’t have a good experience. The front desk & hygienist are nice but the dentist was very cold, dismissive, and has no bed side manner. I came again for a second time hoping I would see another dentist and was given the same one. I had a fill in completed he didn’t even explain the procedure. He basically stuck a needle in my mouth and didn’t even warn me. Once the procedure was completed he didn’t go over anything. I was really upset and didn’t even bother writing a review at that point because I knew I wasn’t coming back. Sure enough not even a week later one of my fillings came out. This time I requested for another dentist and I had a much better experience. The new dentist i requested was very thorough, he explained everything before & after the procedure, & he took his time to listen to my concerns. If I see this new dentist again then I’ll be back.

I initially chose this dentist based on the previous reviews from customers who had left reviews online for this practice. I was not disappointed at all. I received a very welcoming hello from the front office staff and the same across the board until I left the appointment. The Dentist and dental hygienist were phenomenal in his & her approach, knowledge, understanding and overall service. The dental hygienist went above and beyond to ensure I was as relaxed as could be during her examination with me. She answered my questions very attentively and assisted me with getting questions answered through the office staff who handled the financials. The Dentist had fully been briefed by the dental hygienist as to my specific medical history, expectations, and concerns prior to ever meeting with me. His exam and assessments were thoroughly explained to me as well. Overall, the experience was great. All too often customers are rushed in and out of doctors offices as if they are a bother and are holding up valuable time. This is only the beginning of my journey with this Dentist and I pray that God will continue to guide the experiences from now on.

I went to this dental office to fix my crown. Dr. Choi and his staff did an amazing job on my crown. He is also fluent in both English and Korean and this actually helped me to relieve my nervousness. After treatment, I have no problems eating or chewing. The office looks very nice and all the staff in this office are very friendly and support their patients. If you’re looking for professional and caring people, I highly recommend this place!! ❤️

The best dental practice I've found anywhere. The facilities are immaculate and state of the art. The staff and doctors are courteous and professional, providing a comprehensive range of services. They provided detailed information on the procedures and gave a clear explanation of the insurance and billing for the procedures. Easily accommodated an unscheduled emergency appointment with no fuss and consistently looked out for my comfort throughout the procedure. I wish I had known about them sooner. I have recommended Buford Family Dental to my family.

I have a great experience every time I go, the place is beautiful and incredibly clean. Amazing staff, very professional, attentive, detailed and courteous. The doctors there are patient, knowledgeable, understanding and they listen to you without rushing you. This was my elderly mother’s first visit to a dentist in years. I had to assume control of her health and well being earlier this year. The environment was clean, spacious and well lit. The entire staff was polite. The communication was clear and any questions were promptly answered. They spoke directly to mom first, an important factor that helps her feel still in control of her life. Which I very much appreciated. An estimate for work that needed to be done and options available were clearly shown, along with costs and the timeframe in which it would take to complete. The emphasis on mom’s health took precedence over money. I think we can all agree that in the current economy every penny counts. Both mom and I were very happy with the experience. Once mom gets through the initial phase of improving her well being, I’m next. I will be scheduling a cleaning soon.
