Beautiful amenities and view! Tory has been so helpful in guiding us through the leasing process. Very informative and welcoming! Knowing an attentive leasing rep in this building definitely put this building on the top of our list. Many places barely want to speak to you, but the Alexan on 8th team is very genuine and cares about creating relationships within the community. So refreshing!

The staff is great and always warm greetings whenever you see them. Even call me by name. (Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing about me) 😂 Special kudos go to the concierge, Jack! He’s always willing to help and went above and beyond for us today! Give that man a raise & promote him!

My living experience at Alexan has been optimal. Thanks to the leasing team. I also wanted to give a special appreciation to the concierge Jack. He is always alert and looks out for my son when he comes home from school and going the extra mile. For that I give an overall 5 stars review and look forward to renewing my lease next month.

We love our apartment here at Alexan, been living here for 3 years now. All the 1/ 2/ 3 bedroom apartment sizes are bigger among other buildings in the midtown area. They're thoughtfully designed and equipped with modern appliances. The staff is helpful and we've not had any maintenance issues. Tory, in particular, from the leasing team has been very helpful each year we renew the lease!

Alexan on 8th is the best apartment community in Midtown! We have been living here for 3 years now and have had no complaints whatsoever. Everything from the apartment units, maintenance and service is excellent. Additionally, the location is perfect for virtually everything you need on a day-to-day basis. The leasing team led by Tory is amazing at managing the community overall.

I had the pleasure of touring the Alexan on 8th with Tory- the property manager. It was the best touring experience I’ve had EVER. You could feel the passion and sincerity he feels towards his job, property and the residents. This is a rare experience (unfortunately) and Tory deserves all the accolades from management and his colleagues. The only factor that makes me think deeply and have some reservations about moving forward with the property is its the pricing- which obviously is beyond Tory’s control. The units are spacious, the property has made good use of the space so the planning makes sense. The walk in closets are beautiful. Apart from pricing, I have no other reservations about this property and could totally see myself living there.

I’ve lived in 10+ apartment complexes in Atlanta and this one has been my absolute favorite. Jovi has gone above and beyond for me several times. Everything is kept clean, no bugs or roaches. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. 1000/10 would recommend leasing here

I’ve toured 11 apartments over the last 2 days and Alexan on 8th really stood out from the others. The amenities are very nice and the building is in a GREAT location. The units themselves are amazing as well. They feature floor to ceiling windows with great views, they’re very spacious, have nice finishes, a HUGE walk in closet with built in organization units, and so much cabinet space for storage throughout the unit. Jovi gave me my tour and she was the best! She had a great attitude, was very friendly, and was very knowledgeable about the property ( I came ready with a list of questions and she covered pretty much all of them before I could even ask haha). I really appreciated her sharing her experience living at Alexan (you can tell she loves it!) and it made me even more excited to live there as well! By the end of the tour, I was ready to go home and submit my application. Looking forward to calling Alexan my home!

Lived here for two years. The staff are all very friendly, but the turnover seems high for some reason. Facilities are all very well kept. The mail system is pretty good except the notification system for the mail room doesn't work well. Just go check when your package should be delivered, and it will be there. Never had one go missing. The recycle room is too small, but there is always room early in the week. The location is great. Walking distance to Publix, Marta Station, GT campus, Piedmont Park, and many shops and restaurants. Was a lot cheaper when I first moved in. Despite all the perks, it is now very expensive for this area.

I’ve been in Atlanta for 12 years now and hands down this is the best place I’ve lived! I’ve been a resident for almost 2 years now and have no desire to leave anytime soon. The apartments are beautiful with all the city views your Midtiwn living heart desires. The amenities are top notch, well maintained, and always working and available. Poolside summers are on par with the best luxurious pools with city views that Atlanta offers. The building is clean, quiet, with great neighbors. Tory and all his colleagues in the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and super helpful.

My experience with Alexan has been a 10/10! This is by far the best community I have stayed in Atlanta! My move-in process was seamless and everything has been up from there. From the friendly/helpful staff to the cleanliness and overall peaceful atmosphere, no other complex I've lived in can compete! Anything I've needed assistance with has been addressed immediately and you can tell that the staff actually cares. My apartment and balcony are nice and spacious. Bonus points for the location because pretty much everything I need is in walking distance or a fairly close drive. My advice for anyone looking for an apartment in Atlanta that ticks all the boxes is to choose Alexan!

Have lived at the Alexan for going on 3 years and throughout that time I have really enjoyed living here! The leasing staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always available for me to drop in with a quick question. Same with those at the front desk. In terms of facilities, the common areas/elevators are always clean & are cleaned regularly. The apartments themselves are very up-to-date and the units I've lived in have always have plenty of natural light which I personally really enjoy. Any apartment maintenance requests are typically addressed same day, or at most within 24 hours. Overall I very much enjoyed living here and have recommended the Alexan to friends!

Loved our time at Alexan and would have stayed longer if we were staying in Atlanta. Staff are always happy to help. Front desk is always friendly. The units are beautiful and clean. Both Piedmont and GA tech are close enough to walk the dog.

I toured the property today with Jovi. She was very professional during our tour answering all my questions before I even asked, I was very impressed. Overall Alexan is the top of my list. Hopefully I can call it home soon. Definitely a tour to remember.
