I always get my gas and medicines here, as well as lots of food. Good prices if you don't like to have to find and chase sales. Carries several items that Costco doesn't, so I keep memberships at both.

Why is it too much to ask for carts to be available to customers? Why do I have to go back to the parking lot to find my own cart everytime I shop there? Why do associates ALWAYS say no one is available to get carts? Why don’t associates care that a customer is inconvenienced? I pay a membership, self-checkout, pack my own groceries, wait in a long line to exit with my groceries, but apparently it is too much to ask for carts to be available to do my shopping? Where is the customer service and appreciation?

Tried to get someone in meat Dept to see if these were mistakenly left out at end of case where customers pass by. No help. No chicken today pls🫨

Recently moved into the area and was used to having my groceries delivered however WalMart doesn't delivery to our house but Sam does. I have only been in to the Sam's store one time but I noticed right away how clean and how everything was in order. I have since ordered from them multiple times for delivery and I have to say the experience I have had with their delivery and drivers have been outstanding. The drivers have all been very nice, polite, helpful and very professional. I haven't every seen this type of service where we lived before they all just seem to have a job to do and they would just slang my groceries out of their car and move on. I would definitely recommend their delivery service to anyone.

Store is always nice and clean, but lately, there are never any Carts available, at the entrance of the store. On several occasions, I have had to walk out of the store to get a cart! Which is ridiculous!

A BYOB establishment - as in Bring Your Own Buggy, because there are never any at the entrance of the store, forcing you to wander back into the parking lot in search of one. It’s a smoother experience if you plan to just collect a cart from the corral upon arrival and walk it inside. 🛒

First time to Sam's in Hiram. What a pleasant experience. I went to the tires and battery department to get a battery under warranty. Hassel free, even if I would have had to buy a battery their prices beat everyone else. I will certainly return!

Why does it take 10 min after a person has all their items rung up for them to pay. Sam's does too much upselling at the point of sale. They have only 2 staffed checkouts to be able to do this.
