Where's experience I've ever had? I asked for 2 simple colors. No one spoke English. They acted like it was the most complicated thing in the whole entire world. I would not even take my dog there. Not only that, but they said that I didn't mention. I had Gray hair on the phone I didn't know that was a big concern when you went to go die here. Maybe I'm wrong maybe I don't get out much. Somebody please reach out to me. Let me know if I'm wrong or not. Apparently, that makes a big difference. If you have Grey hair, so if you go to a salon, make sure you tell them before you go that you have grey

This place is truly incredible! The man who did my hair was Daniel. He did a really wonderful job! Definitely recommend going to him. Affordable place to get your hair done and the wait was not long compared to other places 👍😁 Thank you again Daniel 😀👍

Excelent I went today to dye all my natural hair and my hairstyler was Megan I show a picture of what I wanted and she did it 100 times better then the picture it's worth the money you paid for... if I need to do mY hair color again I will go there again 💗💗

Carla, Bo and Kailey were awesome! They paid so much attention to the detailing in my hair and were all so nice amongst the rest of the staff too. I would recommend this salon to everyone!

Terrible. The lady named Tatiana yells at her students in front of guest and all the girls who work there seem like they hate it. Tatiana who I met who was the owner was just so rude and all the girls seem like they hate it there

I was a “test subject” and the ladies who were cutting me were rushing. They were not listening at all. I don’t mean to be a “Karen” or anything but this is down right atrocious. I am not going to say names because there were 2 of them but I am really mad. Especially for a wait time of like 40 minutes. If you have a son do not bring them there. They were also trying to finish as fast as possible.

I had my hair blown out and styled for prom. Haley was my stylist and did an absolutely amazing job. I was unsure at first about how my braids were looking and Haley suggested ways to make it more to my taste and spent easily ten minutes reassuring me and making it look exactly how I wanted. I was totally thrilled with it after the fact and am so thankful I was in the hands of such a capable stylist.

This place was AMAZING! Tatiana is an absolute expert. My hair was so yellow, dry, and frizzy before coming to her. I would highly HIGHLY recommend coming to Mak Beauty Institute if you are looking for outstanding service at great prices. I could not thank Tatiana enough, I love my new hair!!
