OVERPRICED! I called to consult about a simple extraction (have one tooth pulled) and they advised it starts out at $1200 w/ insurance and that’s insane ! I’ve never paid more than $400 or LESS for just to have a tooth pulled. INSANE

I was injured at this practice and wanted to hear from the proprietor Dr. Bahar Nia that she cared or was at least concerned. Instead my calls were screened and all I got was a recording and no return calls from anyone. This is the worst and most unprofessional dental practice I have ever been to. I was treated roughly, injured, disrespected and no return from the anyone. It wasn't until I made a complaint against Dr. Nia's license that my phone call was answered and I was allowed to get my stitches taken out. This practice has great hype with magazines on the walls with articles about Dr. Nia, and a posting on the top denists of Atlanta. Admittedly I was convinced by the glitter at first, but the reality is quite different. It just goes to show what money can buy.

I have been going here for a few years now; however, this last visit was so valuable I want to share it. Out of the blue my beautiful teeth and gums started bleeding a lot. Chris, intake, and Tiffany, the dental hygienist, were incredible. They went through each procedure together working as a team leaving nothing to chance. Then in no time Dr. Volpe came in and assessed. She was so kind and respected my desire for holistic medicine. Each of them spoke so kindly to me and gave me a diagnosis. I cannot say enough for the gentleness, incredible service, and professionalism I experienced with this team. Thank you.

My first visit, And it was outstanding! My hygienist was very kind and comforting. Making sure I was at ease. Dr. Volte is a gem. At first meet she put me at ease and was a very kind comforting person. Also taking more time to give me options and explain; though I think she might have to go over them again. 😂 Dr. Zinney is the periodontist with a good sense of humor and he really got to the ROOT of my problem (see what I did there?) and explained what the procedures are. I cannot be thankful enough. I can’t say that I look forward to my next visit, but I really think I found a great dental care facility. makes the last place I went to look mid-evil compared to BCFD. A 10/10 experience. It’s comfortable; I mean there are TVs on the ceiling. The staff was professional and the appointment was on time. Their billing is organized. Without me prompting them, they recommended things I could do to improve my smile while staying as natural as possible. This place can be hard to get an appointment but after my experience I understand why. They make dental experiences enjoyable. I’m going to recommend everyone I know to see them.

I wanted to publicly thank Dr. Nia, Dr. Volpe, and Dr. Zinney for their expertise and making a calm dentistry experience. Dr. Nia has created an exceptional practice, filled with experience practitioners that are hyper focused on the patient experience outcome. Having years and years of dentist procedures, I finally feel like I have found a practice that I can feel comfortable and my teeth will be taken care of.

Came in this morning off of a referral and wow! The cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff was amazing. Everyone was so warm and friendly. They let you know step by step what they were doing and even dropped some knowledge on me to better my teeth! Thanks ladies!! Will be referring others

Doctors seem very knowledgeable and really take the time to explain what is going on with your teeth with great bedside manner. Very nice and new facilities. No pain during my root canal. Can’t say they are the best deal in the city as far as price/value, but you do get a premium experience.

The staff were very professional and efficient. The office is clean, nice and calming which is a huge plus. They had a TV on the ceiling above you chair so you could watch tv to distract you/pass the time while they clean your teeth. Would and will be recommending to others!

My hygienist, Lauren, was wonderful and made me feel at ease. A high level of care and attention was shown to me during my visit. Dr. Nia is kind, personable, patient and thorough. I appreciated how she took time to explain and make sure I had a complete understanding of my oral health. My overall experience has been positive.
