The worst Kroger I’ve ever been to. This location needs to close this store down. There are no products in the store and little to no fresh produce. Once I went to self-checkout a young lady accused me of stealing. They had to call someone from a break to ring me up at a regular register. So they are also the short staff. Instead of counting the items in my cart and on my screen, they assumed I was stealing. I never had to deal with such a disrespectful employee or manager. I was in uniform, why would I come shop if I was stealing? Especially in a sandy spring area. If I could give this store a negative review I would.

We were in checkout trying to get champagne, the lady at check out was very nice and told us that we could not purchase until 11:30 AM. We double checked before we drove back and the website stated 12:30, so we called to make sure. The “supervisor” answered and said that we were lying and that nobody would ever say 11:30. I told her that that’s just what we were told that and we were just double checking. She proceeded to be rude and state that she’s “a supervisor and she knows what she’s taking about”. Again, that is fine, we can wait but there is no need to be rude, call us a liar, and proceed to power trip. Suggest this supervisor learns to lead, I would hate to be the staff that works under her.

One of the biggest supermarket in Atlanta. They have varieties of fresh fruits, vegetables, Meat products and seafood items. Store is spacious and clean. They have good varieties of Stationary and greeting cards. I prefer this store for frozen foods too..This store has many products at discounted rate.for members. Customer service is very good. They have good Pharmacy.

Bought 4 1/2 avocados (dont know where the other half went), a dragon egg, a well bred pug with no breathing problems (not sure how) and 3 packs of gatorade zero because I lack taste buds.

Kroger within complex. Pros: Large food bar. Open layout. Great signage- everything was easy to find. Full service deli with fresh sandwiches and various foods available to purchase. Cons: The bakery needs to be larger. You can tell they cut the bakery in half. There was not a lot of fresh bread to pick from - limited options. Sandwich rolls were missing, specific loafs of bread missing, and the Kaiser rolls were hard. Restocking. There were various items missing that Kroger usually has. I went on Wednesday, when the new sales start, and there were a number of things missing. However, I talked to the sales associates and they apologized. They said that restocking usually isnt an issue and it does not happened often. Would I Go Again? Yes. Great atmosphere and the people are nice and friendly. Hopefully the next time I visit it will be fully stocked.

Self checkout only this morning. The line was down the shopping aisle. I'd understand more if they were passing the savings to the customer but they're not. Same food as you'd expect but I'd rather go elsewhere than wait in line to bag my groceries

Keyshawn was the best at checkout. Helped me smoothly and quickly. He has a very positive and welcoming energy. Could definitely handle multiple things at once without getting overwhelmed.

Ordered brand name pepperoni slices at the deli counter and they discreetly repackaged a variety of the recently pulled-from-shelf grab-and-go pepperoni. Not acceptable. Did not realize it until I got home, and manager would not accept the logic of observing the different sizes and thicknesses of the slices, to verify my claim when I returned. Instead, she chose to gaslight me and say she *is* corporate and makes the calls, yada yada yada. This store is already claustrophobic. Adding intentional, willfully disrespectful employees on top of that is just insane. Avoid this store at all costs.

This Kroger is extremely under manned. They often only have 1 cashier and half the self checkout lines open. Last 3 times I have been here the lines are out into the aisles.

This Kroger is the absolute worst!!! They are short staffed, always long lines to check out due to only one checkout line active, this store is not clean and are always missing items. The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. Save yourself a trip and Go further down Roswell to the other Kroger down the street or to Publix. Don’t waste your time at this location.

I just left the Sandy Springs Circle Kroger and this is exactly what is wrong with customer service! I went in for Children’s Tylenol, Children’s Motrin and Kids DayQuil. (All pharmacy items) I also had 2 PRIME drinks and one Gatorade. 6 items total. When I walked into the store, the self checkout was packed so I asked the pharmacy if they could check me out. They said NO! There was no one in line and no one waiting…. But they said anymore than 5 items and they weren’t allowed to check people out. I said, “ I have a 10 year old at home with a fever of 102.5” and walked out. People are just terrible at their jobs, they don’t care and there is no customer service. (Is Kroger so corporate that they weren’t able to make a decision to ring up one extra item? Was someone watching and they were going to lose their job??? I’ll never use that Kroger pharmacy again… ‘Back to Fountain Oaks Kroger. They actually care.

I want to like this Kroger so badly just for my own convenience. But everything is terrible. The cashiers are very rude, I usually avoid the lanes and do self check-out. But miraculously even when no one needs to help me, the CSR standing there manages to be yelling about something, or at someone, or at me for how I put food in a bag/paper towel on the shelf thing. However, what prompted me to even do a review was my 3 day adventure of trying to get my cats anti-convulsion medication refilled. I call in the order per usual, get a robot that tells me the vet needs to approve it. I totally understand, I work at the clinic that sees my pet. They NEVER sent through the request, and then when I asked them on Tuesday to send it again and I will make sure it’s received; it was yet again not sent. So then I listened to the CSR at the clinic call in the prescription to be filled for Tuesday in a couple hours. Guess what? It wasn’t filled and I was told it was on the schedule to be filled tomorrow. On to today when I finally get to pick up my medication (I take blame for not checking it before I left) I get home to find 10 out of 60 of the pills there and 3.83 refills on the container. I had to call to find out they didn’t have it in stock, literally no one bothered to tell me. Even when I spoke to the manager. I am beyond impressed. It is not the worst experience I have ever had, but probably top 3.

Tonight about 30 or more in the self scan line. Not once did management make a move to open other cash registers to serve their customers. Elderly, young, disabled and all waited in that line. I pray this is the last time I Ever!!! See this store again!!! Pitiful customers service!!!!!!!

I asked someone about the key machine. This lady was literally not talking to anyone and at self checkout. She just ignored me and I’m in front of her with no one in line or speaking to her. Some people just hate their lives that much. I wouldn’t shop here. You’ll just get ignored because they feel like it.

I come to this Kroger all the time, and today as I was walking into Kroger a crazy man in his car honked at me at the crosswalk rushing… RICHARD was leaf blowing and paused as people walked across. He witnessed this rudeness and told me man in the car to watch for pedestrians. He didn’t have to say anything to this crazy car man but he did out of the kindness of his heart. So big thanks to RICHARD who helps with leaf blowing and carts outside. He deserves employee of the year! Thanks Richard (: this will be a core memory of good people in the world.

Many items I bought last night rang up more expensive than what they showed on the shelf. The biggest discrepancy was a salad that was supposed to ring up $6.00 instead was $7.49.

Refund never went back on my card like it usually does. Customer associates were unable to help me even with store credit thanks to my money vanishing

I actually spoke to and interacted with a honest to goodness for real manager this evening at the Sandy Springs Kroger's, on Sandy Springs Circle. His name is Ali, and he made feel like I mattered. Right off the bat he made me feel like he understood what I was saying and actually heard it as well. When it's all, said and done we all really just want to be heard and understood. Great job Ali

I want to shout out Moses from the management team...I was checking out next to another customer who was having some sort of problem with a coupon or store credit today. They were clearly afflicted with the idea that anyone with a name tag or uniform is by default a complete idiot; this customer was testing MY patience from five feet away. But Moses was handling it like a customer service pro!! Your patience and understanding is legendary sir. Your customer friend may not have appreciated your skill but I sure did.

Terrible experience today in store. They refused to honor a digital gift card co-promotion with Pampers (despite it being honored in store on previous occasions) and despite this being a "Kroger" offer. Apparently stores can arbitrarily choose to honor "Kroger" programs or not. Kroger Corp refused to override a "store decision". Very disappointed. Parents, shop elsewhere!

This Kroger is nice, employees are helpful, prices a little higher than other areas second to the location. However I do not recommend the pickup service bc they sneak fees in an offer false coupons. I’ve tried to use a pickup coupon on two occasions and they magically found a way to remove the coupon from the order *and* sneak in pickup fees after advertising free pickup. Unfortunately will not be using this service anymore and highly recommend customers to avoid the disappointment.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The self checkout employees are entirely complacent and will stare at you without helping when you need it most. They will raise their voice at you and provide a very negative and aggressive attitude if you overcomplicate anything and make their job slightly more difficult.

These city people sure have a lot of stuff we don't have down on the farm. Seriously, there are a great many things on offer here that is not on offer in our small town. It was nice to avail ourselves with some selections. Nice store.

I was just in that store and the "Manager" Lemean was watching us like a hawk when we were checking out at the self checkout.. mind you we were spending money and had 2 orders. After ringing my second order I watched him watch me for 3 mi uses straight. When I asked him why he had the audacity to say , if u ask me again you will leave the store" NEEDLESS to say, I left with my groceries. But the nerve of him to watch me and then not even acknowledge the customer after me that didn't pay. La Mean. I looking for your supervisor also. Complaints are coming your way !!! You shouldn't be managing anything

Well as supermarkets go we have grown accustomed to not having the highest expectations for Kroger (which I hate because I have stock with them), but if you are in a better neighborhood they do typically offer a variety that few store can match. So it was tulip season and I was drawn to this beautiful purple can was delighted to find some fillers that featured one of my faves "wax flowers". 💜

In general, this Kroger has an amazing staff and is always well restock. However, HUGE Shoutout to Ed and his excellent service at the money center (costumer service counter). I know that costumer service can be a really tedious task but he was extremely attentive, kind and cordial. I will love him to know that I was really satisfied with his service and assistance I'm definitely coming back! I’ve worked for companies such as Disney, Hilton and now Botanical Gardens so I know and I recognize good service, and Ed definitely showed that.

I relied on this Kroger's curbside over a year in pandamic. I do not know what I would do w/o their online ordering and curbside pick up. I thank you for making it possible for me to be safe during pandamic.

Delighted to share the exceptional customer service received today with Kristina! As I was trying to find fresh basil, I noticed Kristina about to leave the fresh produce section and realized she was on break (purchasing for herself) so I said, never mind about the basil. She wouldn't have that, she proceeded to the back of the store was going to do what she could for this senior; regardless of being on her break. Kudos to the human resource department; much appreciation to Kristina, as her act of kindness went beyond age and racial barriers that keep so many of us disconnected. Blessings In Light Sweet Lady 🙏 GrandmaKim ❤

This is the worst service from any Kroger I have been to. From the florist, to the self check out attendant, to the pharmacy techs, to the manager, everyone is very curt, dismissive, and sometimes just outright rude. You will not be able to speak to a pharmacy person as they do not answer the phone. I spent an hour, speaking 6x to the main service operator trying to speak with someone in the pharmacy each time the phone just rang and rang, once I let it ring 32 times, with no answer. I went into the store once and tried to get a price check on a porch decoration and three people couldn't help me. They repeatedly call me sir even though I feel like I look distinctly female. It's just weird.
