We drive 45 min just to come to this location. If you want great customer service, come to this location trust me you’ll be glad you did! 💯

They overcharged us for just the lenses costing us over $300. At Costco however I got the lenses for $59.99 AND with a Gucci frame for $200 costing me less that $300 for a glasses frame and the lenses. The lenses even came with scratch resistance, blue light blocking, and a reflective double coating. Pearl Vision was such a rip off.

I couldn't have had a better experience here at this location. Victoria helped me tremendously!!! My son lost his glasses on a trip and I needed a replacement quick. It was as easy as a phone call. Victoria was able to pull up my sons records and find his prescription. She also was able to find a exact replacement of the glasses! She had them cut and set all within the hour before I arrived. The only thing I had to do was walk in and sign the receipt and pick up the glasses. This was a huge help for me because I never have time for anything. Thank you so much Victoria for your quick thinking and superb customer service. Also to note my son is 6yrs old... this is the only location in the Snellville city limits that will do an exam for a child that age with no issues. I also appreciated that. I want to start by saying my first experience at this location was absolutely wonderful. I came in Susie checked me in and was so pleasant. Took me back to Dr. Park he took my eye exam and answered all questions I had. Then I came out to Victoria’s desk to order my glasses. When I tell you she should be able to get 10 stars. Customer service was out of this world. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Helped me pick the perfect glasses at a reasonable price. If no one tells you Victoria, you are great at the job. My family and I came in for our annual eye exam. After our exam we were helped by Marcell who was extremely helpful in assisting us with finding something that fit our budget. He was successful in finding my son who will be wearing glasses for the first time something that he would be comfortable in. Overall we had a great experience and will be returning in the future for our eye care needs.

Dr. Robert Park was very friendly and informative during my exam; showing me visual aids to explain what a healthy eye looks like. I was struggling to find a pair of glasses to fit my face. I tried on about 13 pairs before Mrs Victoria came and helped me. She personally picked out about 4 and 2 were a winner. She was super kind and gave great info!

The customer service I received was an anomaly. Victoria honestly and truly went above and beyond with the prescription that was needed. I had a quick turnaround for travel and she assisted me thoroughly. From all of her over the phone and virtually to greeting me immediately as I came through the door with a smile — to the finish line of getting me my prescription I needed for vacation. My experience at Pearl Vision was excellent. Marcell was very helpful and assisted with me making a decision on which glasses to select. The transaction was smooth and fast. I purchase glasses from here every year because of the level of service I receive and the selection of frames.

From the moment I walked in, I was assisted. First, Chantelle the ophthalmic tech helped me fill out my paperwork and directed me to who I needed to talk to for what. Next, Trisha, the GM, was very helpful with me selecting frames that fit my particular head shape waiting until I found the ones I liked style wise and comfort wise. She walked me through all of my options and costs very thoroughly. Lastly, Casey the contact lenses trainer helped me for an hour to learn how to put the contacts in and take them out.

I have been going to this Pearle Vision for a year almost two years now and they always seem to amaze me. At this visit, Roger helped me out quickly and he was very knowledgeable when it came to helping my son. My son always breaks his glasses, ALWAYS and they always help us with another pair and are super quick in getting them ready for us. My other son uses contacts and glasses and they were so patient with him learning to put contacts on at 10 years old. My son is now an expert! Thanks to the staff!

By far best eye care in Lawrenceville. I went to America’s Best and LensCrafters and Pearle had better frame selection and service was exceptional. Ms Sacha took care of me from the start to finish and she is great! Got my glasses and sun glasses within 2 days!

This is my first experience at Pearle Vision, and I must say that from setting the appointment to the park where we picked up our glasses this is by far the easiest, best and most helpful experience ever. As a previous Lens Crafters and Target Optical customer this experience by far the best. First off the Optometrist is great with adults and kids, appointments can be overwhelming for kids but it was actually fun. Realizing I was being treated for the wrong prescription for many years I realized why I had headaches. Nevertheless picking out glasses to fit our faces was a breeze, great selection and prices. Staff was most helpful as well by helping me to focus on certain frames for our faces. It took 45 minutes from start to finish. Took 48 hours to have our glasses - not 6-8 weeks like other places. Fitting also a breeze - honestly this is the first tine our glasses actually fit. You guys - I cannot rave enough about the great service. Everyone was so great and the staff was amazing. Definitely coming back again.
