    This man wouldn't let me in at 6:55 when all I needed to do was show my ID and pick up a package after I had rushed over in traffic after work. FedEx is the WORST

    I ordered 2 different sets of business cards on line and I waited 4 days to go in a pick it up when I arrived my order was completely wrong so I had to wait extra time for my other set of business cards to be printed. This was very inconvenient especially since downtown traffic is bad and nowhere to park. I thought I would be running in and out. My car could have been towed or ticketed.

    Kelton was extremely helpful and patient with me. He explained everything in detail before any printing was done. The atmosphere was pleasant and the store was clean. He and Sean works well together. When I'm at work, this will definitely be the location I visit.

    Kibui was extremely helpful in my printing needs. Any confusion that I had he cleared it up and gave me the best service. I will most certainly be revisiting this location.

    Stores open 24 hours a day and ideally located. Ondonjay was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and exceedingly helpful. he is the epitome of professionalism and will ensure my return to this particular location despite other copy shops being close by.

    I've been going for yrs and NEVER HAVE I EVER gotten any bad service. Staff has always treated me with respect and my orders have always been on point. Maria is #1 in customer service

    This is now the second time that I have been overcharged at this location. I waited over two hours to acquire a return shipping label that never appeared. My card was overcharged six times and the store computer continuously crashed throughout my transactions. My lack of providing a return shipping label for my shipment has caused me to leave a bad first impression with an art gallery in New York that I was very happy and fortunate to be a part of for an upcoming exhibition. Artist or not, do NOT waste your time or money with FedEx. UPS or USPS will leave you less frustrated and with better customer service.

    I had a bad experience at the one on Ponce de Leon so I came over to this one. I usually don't go to it because it is hard to find parking and you have to pay for it. I think it is ridiculous to have to pay for parking when it takes less than 15 minutes to do what you need to do. Sorry off topic. So when I walked in they asked what I came in for. I explained I needed to make a copy. So I proceeded to show her on my phone. Then I was asked how I was doing so I told them what happened at the other location. They all looked horrified and apologized for her rude, disrespectful behavior. I appreciated that. The lady continued to print up my request. She was very nice and helpful. This was a pattern for a stain glass project that my daughter and I wanted to do for our front door of our house. It was beautiful. Then for the cherry on top the lady gave it to me for free because of my bad experience. I appreciated it so much I gave the lady a hug. She made my day. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They need to give some lessons to the other location. So I guess going through the hassle of finding and paying for parking was worth it. THANK YOU AGAIN SOOOOO MUCH!!!!! I hope the stores get bonuses for customer service.

    I would have given it five star because of the homeless person that day I give it three stars. I use this FedEx location a lot and have always been impressed with the excellent service I have received at this location. However, on one of my visit, I was approached by a homeless man who attempted to scam me. I was at the printer/fax machine loading documents when the man came in and asked me how long I would be at the machine. I told him I would be just a minute, and he then offered to insert his card into the machine for me. I declined, and when I was done I told him the machine was ready and he then walked out of the store.

    Couldn’t find an email to corporate so here’s my email publicly LOL: Hi there, I wanted to send a special note of thanks for an in interaction I had with Tim Dohany and Shawn at the downtown Atlanta location. I had a LOT of big items to ship home for a convention I attended this week and both these guys were so cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dwayne helped me with securing my boxes, figuring out the most economical methods to ship, and more. Shawn helped us figure out a system issue. Good customer service is hard to find, and I’m super grateful these guys helped me get my stuff checked in in a timely manner. They deserve a little extra praise today! Thank you,

    ATTENTION EVERYONE! I want to say that I absolutely love the Employees of this store location. I've been visiting this store location, since the death of my Mother on March 19, 2008. This is the main store location I visit, multiple times per week. To pick up my copies that I email there, for the Employees to print out for me. I've had business cards made at this location. I've had copies made for me at this store location. There have been a few times I've used the computers at this store location. I honestly love, and I appreciate the professionalism of the store Employees at this store location. I recommend this store location to all of my friends in the Atlanta area. And if you want to be treated like a "VALUED CUSTOMER" this store location knows how to do that, very well! PUBLIC NOTICE: I James Pitts, have not been paid in any way for my "HONEST REVIEW" of this store location. Nor would I ever accept any form of payment for my "HONEST REVIEW" of this store location.

    I'm now questioning shipping through this location. Last week I sent off two packages through this location. One package made it to the destination, one did not. The one that did not I put in a claim with FedEx to inves what happened. I reached out to this store at 100 Peachtree to see if I could get any assistance on that end as well and the guy who answered the phone was quick to write me off and say we only prepare the packages and the driver picks them up. While I do understand that, I feel that if I paid at this location for a package to get to a specific destination - I should be able to get some sort of compensation for what I paid at 100 Peachtree. He didn't offer any assistance and even cut me off when I was trying to speak. I don't think I'll go through FedEx after this incident. I still haven't heard from FedEx on my claim either. This location I will never use again.

    The customer service provided by this store is shocking. I want to write home about it. I want everyone in Atlanta and the surrounding metro to know that they can depend on the employees in this store. In fact, I’d love to be a future reference for the people that I’ve interacted with in this store. I’ve never been to this store. I’ve only been to Atlanta three times in my life, and I’m pretty sure the majority of those were just the airport. This review is purely from my point of view dealing with everyone on the phone, via email, and from what my coworker who was physically there told me. (Can I say that it was super easy to work with them, even though I was half a country away? And that if I could work with any FedEx location that does prints, it would be with this location? And I wish that other stores could use this one as an example?) I’m the creative team for my company that shows at Americasmart. We hit some snafus this season and I needed to get signs expedited to my poor newbie of a coworker who unexpectedly ended up working the show solo. Not only did the folks at this store accommodate my absurd deadline, they talked me through a bunch of logistical things that helped my coworker out immensely. They were even able to help us out with some, again, very last minute orders that took us by surprise. I 100% will only go to/use this Fedex location in Atlanta. Even if I’m just buying binder clips, I’m gonna pick it up from this store. And if Shawn leaves for another store, me, my company, and anyone else I can convince in Atlanta are going to follow him wherever he goes. Shawn was extremely helpful and the way that his employees mentioned him made made me feel like he was a great boss. EDITED TO ADD: FedEx, y’all suck for changing the online printing platform. Thanks for being either: 1. Incompetent as heck; 2. Cutting costs at the customers expense; or 3. All of the above. Online printing is extremely difficult now with FedEx. Customization is nearly impossible. Thank goodness for people like Shawn and everyone at this location because I wouldn’t have been able to pull this off without them. EDITED ONE MORE TIME TO ADD: Shoutout to the lady at another downtown Atlanta FedEx who directed me to this one. She told me her store had crazy prices in comparison. I really appreciate her honesty and the fact that her advice led me to this FedEx.

    @Fedex - Thanks for you help, I had forgotten my bag while shipping an item and that was in Florida and I was driving to ATL from there. I realised this only when I was in ATL. One of the young female employee helped me calm down(I was so anxious that I didn't even asked her name down) and contacted the FL shipping store and confirmed the bag(which had my macbook and other docs) that bag is there. The employee at FL center I belive Angela, asked that just create a label and we will ship it to ATL this young female at 100 peachtree helpmed create label, when I was fully anxious and ws not able to think proprtly and my hands were shacking she stood next to me and walked me over the steps to create account and label. & Today I received my macbook back. Thanks to Fedex and both the employees at FL( who packed my macbook properly) and this center # Great Employees, # Great Company # Thank you Fedex

    Very bad experience. I was trying to ship documents with a return label. They said they cannot do it at the counter if I dont have the account & I'll have to do it through self service options. I tried for almost 1 hour multiple options including creating an account. Whenever I asked for their help, the tall guy in the store was very indifferent , complaining is soft voice & not helpful at all . They didnt know which option works for return labels. Finally I created the account & asked him to do the shipping w return label at the counter. I wanted to walk out however it was almost 10 pm & was pouring outside. It took more than 1 hour to ship a document with return label. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you are desperate to ship something.

    I dropped a FedEx letter package off at 5:49 p.m. Thursday for a Friday delivery. My client emailed me at 6:03 pm Friday saying they had not received the package. I tracked the package; it did not get picked up until 3:43 p.m. Friday. Perhaps I should have just dropped it in the FedEx collection box sitting in the store that had not had the final pickup on Thursday RATHER THAN HANDING IT TO ONE OF THE CENTER CONSULTANTS, thinking that would be better. Bad Idea.

    This location is the closest print shop to me and within the last month I made Atleast 6 visits and it’s always understaffed, slow service and not so friendly staff. Just Today I went in for a quick job and it took them Atleast 20-25 mins to assist me and it wasn’t even busy. The lady that finally came to assist me had an attitude and act as if she didn’t want to be at work! With frustration and disappointment I left without any services being rendered. Not a suggested location. FedEx DO BETTER 🤦🏾‍♂️

    Be careful. I used the self service printing machine and someone is stealing my card information and using it for illegal purchases The reason I know is bcuz I been there twice and used to two different cards and the fraudulent transactions happened each time. I will never use this store again. Guess it’s time to invest in a printer. The pandemic has ppl doing entirely to much scamming and stealing.

👍👍 Looks great from the outside. Didn’t get a chance to visit the cafeteria that has recently opened up here. Also came to know that this is Atlanta’s tallest building. Don’t think anybody needs to certify that, it’s as iconic as it can get.
