Stayed to be close to relatives for the weekend. Lots of places nearby for eating, drinks and shopping. Our bed was lumpy and did not sleep well. The sheets were good but didn't make up for the mattress. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Decent price.

My boyfriend and I love this hotel. We stay here just to get away. We always stay in the king suite. Huge bathroom which is great, the room itself is very large. It's a nice place to get away and relax and would recommend it to anyone.

Checked in late night (approx 1:15 am), due to delayed flight. Arrived parched and exhausted. Asked front desk girl, who couldn't have cared less that we were there, tired & parched, about getting a bottle of water, and she wanted us to pay for it. She informed us a bottle of water was for “gold” members only. Unbelievable. Told us there was a water fountain around the corner. We needed at least a bottle each to take to our room before going to sleep. No courtesy or compassion. We walked to BP to buy water because she wanted to charge us about $2.50-3.00 per bottle. Very tacky. Don't stay in room 323. The people above us were active and we literally could hear every single footstep they took. It was awful folks. Woke us up about 2am or so and kept up the stomping around for hours. Called the room above and the front desk but she persisted. Said she was doing laundry while getting her 2 young children to sleep??? That was the worst. On a side maintenance note, the tub has a leak where the caulking had clearly been replaced at least once before, at the base. You have to find and fix the leak—caulking does not fix a leak. Also, the pipe coming out of the wall where water comes out has no seal or caulking around it. Additionally, the toilet seat was a VERY cheap plastic that was too small for the toilet and when you sit on it, it moves and your skin touches one side or the other of the toilet bowl. Gross. There are charred burn marks on the carpet in front of the 1st queen bed, and a big raised sticky spot on the desk lamp by the switch. When I tried to explain all this to the front desk girl while checking out the morning of the 31st of May, 2023, she was flippant and tried making silly jokes instead of addressing my concerns professionally. I love a good joke, but she was out of line. She then dismissed me and told me in a very patronizing and clearly butt hurt tone, “God Bless You, and Have a Nice Day!” Again, unprofessional. I left there feeling like I’d been in the twilight zone because I couldn’t believe how bad my experience was. I was relating the maintenance issues to her because I felt they needed to be addressed and she didn’t seem to care. Poor building design and very shoddy and cheap workmanship. I called home office and at least they comped me that one night. I appreciate that. I just can’t believe they built such a cheap and shoddy hotel. If you want to get some sleep, don’t stay here. You can hear all the hall noise, in addition to noise from rooms above and next to you. Save your money.

We were overcharged for our room and disappointed after requesting a quiet room to be assigned one that was constantly noisy. We made note of it promptly but to no avail. Likewise we pointed out to local hotel managers and the central booking office that we were being overcharged, but again, we received nothing but sympathetic looks. Yes, it's a new hotel, just off the highway but, for us, a disappointment. Rip-off and inattentive or uncaring managers. No view. Nice lobby, breakfast area.

Great spot on a map find. After a long drive through nothing, this bustling area was a welcome sight. Staff very friendly & welcoming, even without reservations. Appreciate the multi cultural staff who seemed to get along well & enjoy their work. Room was extremely comfy, bed was dreamy & absolutely no noise pollution heard. Breakfast was very basic. Nice fitness center. Convenient location, close to loads of restaurants & shopping.

This is a nice, new Hampton Inn, or at least newly refurbished. The rooms are modern and stylish, the decor is tasteful and neat, and I love the complementary breakfast. A couple minor glitches on this trip, the cable ripped out of the back of the TV, and made it inoperable for a while. The staff bent over backwards to get it fixed, so no complaints. But I did not appreciate a tip jar on the breakfast counter.

Room was nice and clean, but our tub would not drain. Also was quite frustrating that the TV is locked from allowing you to use any external devices such as fire sticks or gaming consoles. I wouldn’t be so bothered by that if the TV had more streaming options than Netflix and a couple other random services. Pool felt very small and crowded, there were few windows, no ventilation, and the water almost had a smell. Breakfast was great, but the attendants were rushing everyone out with 20 minutes of time still left. Front desk staff were nice, but the breakfast staff were not too friendly. Quite a mediocre stay for a $300 basic room.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was really nice, clean and had no issues. Easy to get to, right off the highway and plenty of places to eat in the area. Everyone was very friendly. I will be spending more nights in a Hampton Inn.

Went there for the Canal Winchester Ribs and Blues festival. Hotel is very nice, staff friendly, very good breakfast. It's very close to downtown Canal Winchester just down Waterloo. It's in the middle of plenty of stores and a gas station. Will come there again.

Was a bit disappointed in the room quality. Little things but they add up. The bathroom has no door lock (It is a barn door that doesn't really shut or provide any privacy) and has no fan. There is no hair dryer, etc. also. The room didn't offer any additional pillows or blankets in the closet. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. We even popped a circuit with our phone charger in the room! The cooling units definitely need cleaned as they have a smell to them. The staff is good and the location is good also.

I travel for business and have stayed at this location 2 or 3 times. There are several restaurant options that is walking distance from the hotel. The place is clean - possibly new or at least newly renovated. I will stay here again.

Super clean!! Beds were very comfortable. Room was very spacious!! Breakfast was ok. The first morning they had sausage it was super over cooked and shriveled up. But other than the sausage I had no other cons! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

I always stay at Hilton properties not that I am traveling for the company and have never been disappointed until this stay. Everything was great with the stay it was after I left that left me in disbelief. I checked out and drove to the Hampton Inn 2 hours away. I discovered that I had left my $149 electric toothbrush on the counter in the bathroom. Totally my fault. I called them and was going to have a coworker bring it up the next day. I was informed that housekeeping just through it away, didn't even make it to lost and found. I was aggravated when I was told yeah that's just what they do. Their attitude was very dismissive. I asked the person at the desk at my next hotel (Hampton Inn) what the procedure was. I was told that they immediately call the guest as soon as they find anything personal and ask if they want it disposed of or they can mail it to you at your expense. Very disappointed...

This hotel is really wonderful! We stayed here for a few nights while our home was being renovated and LOVED that they offered the option to include our family dog during our stay. Everything about the stay was perfect! Highly recommend!

The entire staff was extremely nice all the time. Very responsive on requests, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area to suggest places to eat that were not your typical chain restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms.

Very clean, well run. After watching the front desk employees interact with each other and customers, they have mastered how to love their jobs. Keep up the great work
