This is a nice Starbucks. They get your order together fast and it taste great.

This is the first issue I've ever had with Starbucks. Ordered 3 peppermint mocha lattes all with tripe shots, and was handed 3 venti cups of hot milk. Literally. Took the lids off and the drinks were more or less white. No peppermint flavor, no coffee flavor or smell. Definitely will not be returning to this location. I'll make the extra 15 minute drive to a trusted, competent location.

I just came through and ordered a drink online with a bagel, I come here pretty often and usually don’t come in but I did today to grab my mobile order and I’m honestly so disappointed. Not only were they rude to me when I asked a question, I got the pumpkin cream cold foam chai latte and I literally had this yesterday it tastes nothing like how it is supposed to taste its actually disgusting. Everytime I come they butcher the london fog iced tea as well. I worked for starbucks for a long time this isn’t the service I expect coming through here especially when I’m paying almost $7 for a drink. I think this will be the last time I ever come to starbucks I’m genuinely tired of paying so much to be completely and udderly disappointed. I really truly hope they replace this establishment with a dunkin donuts at least they know how to make a psl without ruining it lol.

Convenient place to stop for coffee. Clean restrooms as well.

Absolutely love this place! Kindall is absolutely AMAZING! The baristas are always making friendly conversation, they remember my name, and give helpful advice on drinks, foods, etc. The hot drinks are at a perfect temp for the outdoor gloomy weather in April. We’ve never had a bad experience here, it’s been fantastic.

Fast service but otherly busy and congested for location. Drive thru line bleeds onto public road blocking traffic, also blocking road entrance to other businesses in the same location unless you drive on the opposing lane.

Inventory not stocked. Almost every item I ordered they were out of! Tables and floors dirty. Didn’t announce when order was complete. No sleeve on my hot coffee.

The typical Starbucks. I was looking for a cool drink and they had one. I went through the drive-through and was promptly served.

Me and my friend stop at this starbucks almost every morning before school and it is usually busy so we order ahead. This time we went through the drive through to pick up because we still had 15 more minutes until it was ready and figured by the time we pulled through it would be ready. We get up to the speaker and it’s pitch black and no one answered for about 2-3 minutes. With there being a long line behind me, I didn’t want to hold it up longer by waiting if the speaker wasn’t working so i pulled forward. not thinking it would be a big deal considering it was just a pick up, and obviously thinking the speaker wasn’t working at that point. We get up to the window and explain what happened and apologized for inconveniencing them. The girl proceeds to have an attitude and tell me they are really busy which is fine, I work in customer service as well and i understand. The girl leaves the window open and walks to her other coworkers and tells them what happened. I hear the first girl she tells say “It’s really not that hard to figure out” and looks at me as she’s saying it. Then looks at me again and says “yeah I know you can hear me” or along the lines of. We sit there for 5 minutes being harassed by a few of the staff members all loudly talking about us to each other and to our faces. “If you can’t respect customer service workers then don’t go out to eat” one tells us, as if what happened was even that deep and had nothing to do with being respectful. We finally get our food and then their shift lead tells us again for the third time to “next time wait where you are supposed to” as if i hadn’t already explained and apologized for thinking their system was broken. Anyways the food and coffee was good but I have never been treated that way especially by people my own age at any fast food or restaurant. We even called back and the shift lead proceeds to gaslight us saying that he can “assure none of that happened” and that we were making it up!

Fast and easy, even when it’s busy inside. As with any popular Starbucks, the line of for in-car ordering can get very long. Unfortunately, there isn’t much space for a long line of cars and the parking lot is tiny and difficult to maneuver. That said, my drinks and food are ready promptly and service is attentive.

By far the slowest service of all Starbucks. When you have been to many you know it can run more efficiently. I keep saying I won’t stop here again but I have hope they ca. improved

Complete place was dirty, hardware from broken furniture on the floor, 15 minutes for 2 cups of coffee, wrong at that. Atmosphere were basically drones in their own world
