I had 2 appointments on Friday, 10/20 at the Canal Winchester location. My first appointment was for ortho and I was seen by Dr. Lawrence who was assisted by Lashawnda and Jaime. Despite being very busy, Dr. Lawrence and the girls took their time to make sure my braces were getting the proper attention and adjustments to move my treatment along. Always very friendly at my monthly visits and treat me like I’m part of the family. My second appointment was for my routine cleaning with the Hygienist Ashley and exam with Dr. Bobby. I was Ashley’s last patient of the day and she did a phenomenal job! She took her time and was very thorough. One of the best cleanings I’ve ever had and that’s With braces. And Dr. Bobby, I just can’t say enough good things. In my opinion, he is one of the best Dentists in Columbus! He is very thorough, listens to your concerns, cares about his patients, very informative when recommending treatment and the work he does speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Fixari!! Comfortable environment, friendly and caring staff, 3 convenient locations and you’re sure to receive the best dental care in the city.

My Wife and I and 4 of our kids have been patients of this dental office for 28 yrs. Obviously we trust the care we receive there and have also been pleased with the professionalism and compassion shown us by staff. We believe that they have our best interest in mind while taking care of our dental needs. We all highly recommend them to any one searching for dental care.

Went in on Monday after cracking a filling Saturday and I saw Dr. Bobby. He was quick, kind and efficient! I am deathly afraid of needles and the DA that was with him blew puffs of air in my face with an instrument, while he was numbing me to take my mind off of it. It was so incredibly helpful! I didn’t feel a thing. Kim completed my filling and was so nice, she made me laugh quite a bit. They even got me in that Afternoon for a cleaning! I saw Lillie and she was incredible! Since I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, I had to get a more involved cleaning. Lillie was gentle, but literally got every inch of tartar build up out! She kept asking if I was ok through the entire process and I did not feel even an iota of pain at any point in the process. I am so incredibly impressed with the team here, including the front office staff. Everyone was kind and sensitive to the fact that my anxiety was through the roof! I will continue to go to this office for my dental needs.

I have severe dental anxiety and this place is AMAZING! Dr. Bobbi and my hygienist, Rocky were great at making sure I trusted them and felt comfortable. The dental work was great too! Had me on and out super quick with a game plan for my teeth. All around a great experience! Highly recommend!

Decided to come to Fixari as my prior dentist was too far away and I was ready for a change in atmosphere. Scheduling was easy, the amenities they offer (massage chairs, blankets, snacks & beverages) were above and beyond, and I received great and friendly care from all of the staff- the receptionist, as well as Rocky, Carla, Ashley, and Dr. Wes! I definitely don’t dread dentist appointments anymore!

Amazingly quick while treating patients with respect and care. From check in to end of procedure I was treated like family despite it being my first visit. The procedure itself was flawless (Filling and Cap) with no unexpected pain or discomfort! Kim and Doctor Bobby were very nice and explained my procedures and next steps thoroughly.

I have been a part of the Fixari Family Dental for 10 years now I won’t go anywhere else they treat you as family and always friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience today just showed me how much more they care for their patients. I was so scared to have my tooth pulled but Dr. Bobby made it so relaxing and calm that I didn’t even know he pulled my tooth. I will keep coming back to this office they treat you like family.

I've been looking for a dentist's office that I'm comfortable with for a while and I definitely found it with Fixari. Upon arriving I can smell cookies baking and they were offered as well as coffee. Then I was given a tour of the facility and everything and every room was explained to me in detail. They worked very well with me on all my financial and dental options. Dr. Wes and Emily did an outstanding job making me feel comfortable and confident that I will have the best experience possible. I am very impressed and help to build a good relationship with Fixari.
