Very good friendly screening nurse, but an absolutely appallingly arrogant consultant/opthalmist. She behaved like a nasty fifteen year old schoolgirl who had just been made a prefect. Unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant - I couldn't get out quickly enough. Nothing would induce me to go back.

I would like to share my experience of this place, I had my cataract surgery today 4/3/22, I can’t praise the staff enough for politeness and making my experience so comfortable from start to finish, the receptionist was lovely and the staff who guided me through to the actual surgery, were very nice, the nurses were lovely and caring and the eye surgeon was brilliant talking me through the procedure whilst he was doing the operation, can’t thank you all enough, very pleased patient indeed.

Had my bilateral surgery today. Lovely staff, Surgeon Mr Tahhen was fantastic. Service brilliant- initial surgery cancelled, but still an incredible speed of Consultation to surgery in 3 weeks!!! Would recommend without any doubt - thank you.

I would leave a zero stars review if permitted. 2 wasted appointments with disagreement between Doctors on what needs to be done and 3rd appointment cancelled with 50 mins notice. An appalling way to treat an 85 year old who is in poor health.

I have had two cataract procedures at the Stoke clinic and on both occasions I was treated with care and efficiency. Both were successful and their follow up care was immaculate. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Had my second cataract removed here 3 weeks ago. It was the first time at CHEC. Excellent service. Excellent staff and excellent surgeon. Would certainly recommend.

Saw the receptionist to book an operation on my eye, replied tomorrow 8.00 OK, fantastic staff.

My husband had his cataract removed here and was very impressed. He had his operation within a couple of weeks following the referral by the optician. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and we would certainly recommend.

Had both of my eyes done within 9 weeks. I would like to thank all the staff especially Dr Sadik (don’t know if I’ve spelt it right) for putting me at ease and doing a great job. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic it’s brilliant.

1.Tests completed at Stoke - all data lost 2. Revisit Stoke tests completed - no feed back or report until I chased it. 3. More tests at Stoke a month ago - no feedback or report. Telephones not being answered. Appalling aftercare service.
