You can find lots of homeware products there such as bedding, curtains, furniture, beds, mattresses, mattresses cover, duvet, rug, doormat, kitchen electrical, cushions, kitchenware, lightning, candles, dishes, home decor, bathroom furniture, bathroom decor, towel, mirror, food container, home storage, luggage, hangger, storage, garden furniture, garden decore, hot water bottle, travel adopters, umbrella, kid's bedding, kid's toys, kid's furniture, lounge wear, slippers, winter blanket hoodie, bath robe and etc.

Oh dear! On this occasion, I went to return two sets of duvets, which were packaged as double in size. They turned out to be single and not what was expected. Explained once, the manager was called. Whilst waiting, a nosy cashier came across, and I ended up explaining to her. Finally the manager arrived. Explained for the third time what had happened. He didn't listen well. Looked at the receipts and said it says single on the receipt so you have got what you have paid for. At this point, I could have sworn gloss paint would have dried quicker than this dude understanding what I was saying. He then almost refused to serve me. The cashier intervened and told him the packaging said double and single popped out. To which he went and got one to exchange even though I needed two. He then had to go back again to exchange the other. Was just glad to get out of this store.

To the male staff member unpacking chairs near the entrace door on Sunday 27/8...I would not recommend talking via your earpiece about a customer with your colleague on the till when that customer is standing close to you listening to your every word. It was discourteous, highly unprofessional and rude. If you are the assistant manager or similar then God help your store. No reply wanted or needed, I will not be returning.

Spoke to a staff member as I wasn't sure with measurements, she was great worked measurements and cost out, nice thing is I didn't have to go looking for her but she wasn't hovering and pushy, wish I'd read her name badge so she could have been told how helpful she was

Everything you would expect from a Dunelm store, decent range, excellent value and very friendly staff. Think were putting new stock out for weekend [i visited Friday lunchtime] as store, particularly around the till area was a bit of a mess.

Great prices deals parking fab. Lovely little cafe. Lifts for wheelchair accessible

Today I went in for a couple of items...Two storage units one of which was a display item. I asked a gentleman for help ....two be fair he was busy but didn't seem to want to help. I found a very helpful lady called Georgina who after helping us even reduced item and helped us out to car....The lady that served us at till was great too. 👍

Fine , but unfortunately they didn't have the size of throw I required ! But I was given the opportunity to purchase a slightly smaller on but with 22% offered as it didn't have any packaging with ' but the packaging consisted of a small piece of cardboard wrapped round the centre ' so no problem in that department, but the offer had been given to me! So that was my perogative, very helpful staff . Thanks once again M@.

Exhorbitant parking charge demand received the following week because after shopping we stayed for lunch. Lovely goods and nice lunch but won't be going again.
