Mike carried out a thorough survey, accompanied by numerous photos, for us on a property we intended to purchase. His valuation of the property was supported by the cost per square metre of several neighbouring properties and a well argued rationale to take back to the selling solicitors. We had a long phone call with Mike where he answered all our questions.
