Really friendly. I dropped off 20 parcels and the lady who served me was very helpful and kind.

Just awful. Went to pick up a parcel. Young guy gave me a parcel with someone else’s name on & when I said “that’s not my name”, he insisted it was! Plus I was clear that my parcel was a large coat but the parcel he kept insisting was mine was about 6” x 6” & didn’t have store’s branding. Got my goods in the end as I made him look through the larger parcels till he found it. However I would really avoid this place if you want a parcel delivered

Disgusting service here. Cashier talked on her phone whilst gesturing what I needed to do to drop a parcel off last week. Yesterday would take my parcels as they were too busy and today they refused to allow me to collect a parcel for my wife I was collecting as she has covid. Had ID and never had an issue in any other collect plus location before. Avoid!

Don't get your parcels delivered here! Just checked my Yodel tracking to see this shop refused to take my parcel...phoned the shop to be given the excuse that they can't take parcels till next week because the boss is away.

Keep getting given the wrong change (well over 2 years ago anyway.) Shame as very convenient for me
