We've placed 4 orders in 1 month. Our most recent order was paid for expedited delivery, it arrived a week later. We spoke to Anne, who could not be less bothered and blamed it on royal mail. Well fine but then remove the option of expedited delivery as the customer has just as little control over royal mail as you do. Inclined to file a paypal dispute but not worth it. Nothing more disgusting than a feckless customer service person passing the buck onto "terms and conditions". She was Deadpan and unsympathetic (and sounds like a Karen). You expect some loyalty & courtesy. Not going to recommend them to anyone, ever. Nor will we order again.
