Went here today to get my son a birthday bear. The website says you can get a special birthday bear that costs the same as your child’s age. It was really busy in the shop as expected but there was no staff on the floor to help. The queue for the till was big and people were queuing to have their bears stuffed. If you have never been in here before how are you supposed to know what to do? No staff to help and sadly had to leave the shop as I had no clue what to do

We were in the Selfridges branch served by Linnea & Kelvin they were so lovely & funny to talk to. The sound machine wasn't working, we were more than happy to wait as Linnea & Kelvin were so talkative. Kelvin did such a good job getting into character being Santa's little helper. Amazing customer service!

My daughter got a Stitch bear with sounds and a heartbeat. She got to stuff it herself. The staff were all very lovely and made it a day to remember for her ❤️

Took my daughters to replace the voice boxes in some of their older Build-A-Bears. We were so impressed with the service we received. We were looked after by Jess who is an absolute credit to the store. She was friendly and helpful. We even ended up buying two more bears whilst there (because obviously you can't leave without a new bear) and a couple of outfits. Fantastic experience, Jess made our visit.

It was very very busy but the staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter was very happy with her Harry Potter teddy.

I am a regular at build a bear in the arndale. I went to the trafford centre one time with my mum, I was shocked. None of the staff was welcoming and made me feel so uncomfortable. I have autism and serve anxiety so it’s hard for me to go into such a public place. I was so disappointed but I was desperate on getting the new sanrio bears as I have been waiting for awhile for them to come to store. So let’s just say I will never be going back there again, I can’t believe this happened. I felt like I was an intruder and not a customer.

I want to say a big thank you to Sugar Plum on Saturday 9th December at the Trafford Centre after helping me when I was recording a voice note from my sister who has passed. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding x

Just want to say how amazing Katie was today in the Trafford Centre, she was so caring with my son today who has special needs, he loves his build a bears. The shop was so busy but she took time to care for my son, she is a credit to your company. x
